Because, Furbs. Real soldiers dont wear armbands to identify friendlies. Not specifically to identify freindlies, but they do wear armbands. The best example is the brassard that medics wear. They have 22 different armbands used in the Army for different purposes. Look in the regulations manual here, scroll to page 283. www.msu.edu/unit/milsci/Graphics/resources/AR670-1.pdfWearing armbands assists people in determining friendlies. In real life different sides wear different uniforms, but as I said earlier people don't want to pay for multiple uniforms. I am going to continue this in the proper section of the forum(Airsoft Discussion.)

IceCream -
Sure you can pay at the op. Please let me know if anybody has problems getting directions from the address via mapquest or any other map service.
I appreciate everybody informing me who is coming. This really helps ACO prepare for you guys to enjoy the day.

Hello Everyone,
Please note that I will not be able to attend the entire reenactment this Saturday due to my wife's grandfather passing away. The funeral will be on Saturday. I will be there in the morning and leaving sometime close to 12 noon.

Thank you for everybody's support and I hope that you all have a great time after I leave on Saturday. I will be looking forward to the next time we can get together. I just got confirmation to be able to play on 44 acres in Lowell at a different location where there is no deer hunting which means we can hold a reenactment in October! My favorite time of the year!
FYI - I have one more throat mic available for $25 if anybody wants to purchase it on Sat. I'm also considering selling my Gall vest for a chest rig.
