Had a really good time out there today, thanks team Iris. I thought the game was well thoughtout and the objectives very good. The organization and briefing good job. Things I really liked the pink card, some people lost theirs today. The medic system best I have played. The village was cool too how you had seperate objectives there for each team. Good stuff.
Sorry we had to leave after lunch, but I know the Nadisk guys had earned some big points before lunch. How did it turn out at the end?
P.S Actionman it was good running with you guys too.

Awesome game TF: Iris. You guys did a great job hosting this one. The VO system worked great. It worked especially well when we're given a map. Without a map, I think that this would not work out. The village scenarios were quite cool as well. I didn't get to properly play in one, due to my goggles and not being able to see five feet, but what I did experience was unique.
Nadisk did a great job today. Great communication with radios until the second half, but that may have been due ot the wetness. We ended up winning 475-425.
I had a good time running with the RATS for the first half, and playing with Canto's group some after lunch.
Thanks to Steve from IAS for the raffled guns.
If TFI were to throw another like this, I'd definitely be there.
Edit:
One thing that needs to be gone over, the Dead Men Don't Talk rules. One of the DCU wearing guys was talking about where the enemy was, after being shot. I said, dead men don't talk, and he replies, well I do. I repeated what I said, and he said the same thing. Poor sportsmanship on his part in my opinion.

Great game guys, Thanks to Task Force, and Steve from Infantry Airsoft. Overall great game besides flaws in the mags, and the weather. Completly worth it though the whole roleplay was very cool. I'll definetly be back to some more of those.
Another funny thing was when we were running with the big heavy barrel.
Me, and one other teammate rushed the helicopter, got there and then were ambushed on are way out. That was the funny part.

Good to see all of you out there. The first half was exceptional. I think the weather may have hurt the second half, but it was still great. My wife got a bunch of great photos which should be posted soon. She now has a better understanding of what we are doing when we are running around in the woods "playing army", she had a really good time too. This event was a lot of fun, I would love to see us continue to have this kind of event. The role players did an excellent job in making the experience complete!

I have to say good job TFI. It definitely moved things closer to the MilSim environment a lot of people are looking for. Your role players really got into character as well. I was impressed by the way the Batavia forces were able to come together the second half of the day. Most of us met that morning and by the end of the day were running tactics and reacting to situations as a unit. We came close to tying things up.

Great job Task Force: Iris. You guys did an awesome job with this event. I personally enjoyed the medic system as well as the civilian role players. Despite the fact the weather was less than cooperative; we with Team FLAK had an awesome time. It's always good to see old faces: Chaseman, Knife, Actionman, SkyPilot, etc. RedKnight, it was good to finally put a face with the name. Again, good job guys with an awesome event.

Great event. I say this is a good first event for me because I've heard some stories of really bad events, and although tan was out numbered, it was still really fun. I'm part of Team FLAK by the way

I want to thank Task Force Iris for hosting an amazing game. There werent any major problems and I thought the medic system worked great.
Also, great job Bravo squad on the woodland team. We held off three enemy squads until reinforcements were able to show up, and we almost took their base. Even though we lost I still had fun.

This was a great game. The medic system worked really well. The village scenarios were also very well done. The woodland team really came together in the second half. It was my first event and it has left me craving for more. It was a good time, except for the rain/sleet/snow. But you cant control the the weather.

Great job Task Force: Iris, I had a blast and I like everything you did to create this event. The medic system was very unique and awesome. The city was also very well played and planed out. I had a great time meeting everyone and running a couple times with Actionman. All in all (besides have one of our cars hydroplane across three highway lanes spinning almost t-boning another car and ending up in the ditch on the side of the highway with a flat tire) everything was great!

Overall I'd say it was a good game. That weather really "dampened" our spirits a little bit I think. It was great to see some old faces and some new ones. It was great finally being able to meet Knife, Casper, Actionman, and RedKnight. Got to see some old faces too. That medic system was amazingly good and the scenario's in the village were awesome especially the one when the bank was robbed and one of my fellow F.L.A.K. members yelled "Do you know who your stealing from? You and your friends are dead" (quote from Batman: The Dark Knight).
Some minor issues and 1 major issue aside (people not calling hits), I had a great time.
To whom ever took the picture of me with the SAW at westpoint (I think its called) I would love to see that picture.

Really good game. Had allot of fun leading the Nadisk team. I hope some one got some good pics, since I didn't take any for once. Thanks TFI, Steve and all the players for a good close game. Hopefully we will have better radios next time.

Awesome game T.F.I.!!! Very well thought out and well executed. Your attention to detail made for little confusion and made for more trigger time for everyone. The fact is that you guys were focused on making sure everyone was having fun but also making sure everything ran smoothly, and it was very well orchestrated...KUDOS to all who had a hand in making this a very enjoyable event even though the weather didn't cooperate. Also I wanted to say thanks to Steve and his crew for just being so personable and bringing way more stuff than I anticipated seeing. Thanks for a great day of airsoft gentlemen.
