TFI you guys really put on a well thought out game. VOs, Medic system, and the village were all sweet! I met a lot of cool guys out there and next game you guys host I will definitely be there.

Here Xander, not the best picture, but I'm sure you could work with it. Had a good time today and I think it was a great first game for the season.

Thank you all very much for the feed back. We are going to make a slight tweak to the medic system which should make it even better. We were a little concerned about the Village not being fun for people but with the enthusiastic response both during and on here we will defiantly keep it. We are very happy everyone enjoyed the VO system we knew it was new and a little complicated but everyone seemed to catch on quick and it turned into an enjoyably game so we are very glad for that.
TFI would like to personally thank Steve Grady and IAS for coming out and offering up the guns for raffle. I was talking with him and hopefully next time we will have even more items to give away in the free raffle!
Lastly but certainly not least, TFI wants to thank all who participated in this event. Your reviews help us fine tune our system and make a better game for all next time. We are looking at hosting another event here in June so keep an eye out. Let us know what you folks think about making this an annual event continuing from the point where you left off this year. If you would like to, we would make up Patches for all participants and start building this to bring in players from the surrounding states. Once again thank you everyone for coming out and giving your feedback, also its always nice to meet new people and catch up with some old ones. I wish I could have had more time to talk to some old and new friends. Can't wait to see everyone at events this summer.
Cheers,
Guardian and the rest of TFI

Great job Task Force: Iris, I had a blast and I like everything you did to create this event. The medic system was very unique and awesome. The city was also very well played and planed out. I had a great time meeting everyone and running a couple times with Actionman. All in all (besides have one of our cars hydroplane across three highway lanes spinning almost t-boning another car and ending up in the ditch on the side of the highway with a flat tire) everything was great! Glad you made it home alright and did not get hurt, also I am glad everyone made it home alright. I would hate to see anyone get hurt. ~TFI

Thank you again for a great game TFI. The VO's were amazing they kept everyone moving and brought a lot more strategy to the game. The only thing i wish would have happened was a fire fight in the village between both teams. I know you tried, but i still had a great time. You know you put on a good game when you have as many people sticking around in that kind of weather. Thanks again.
If any one has some pics of the game it would be great if you could post them. ;D

Yea it would be sweet to have it annually. Also I would pay a few bucks more for a patch.

Yeah the weather was not so good but it played well with that scenario..felt like we were in kosvo..I don't really think anyone go to see the whole field it was bigger then I Remember'd..can't wait for the next one

Yeah, this game needs to go down next year! I just want to say thanks to TFI for hosting such an awesome game. You guys did a great job planning, organizing and running the game. Also want to say thanks to Hell's Survivors for working with TFI and letting us play there. Also thanks to everyone that came, because you can't have a game without the players and I think everyone had a great time. Oh and congrats to the players of Nadisk! But yeah, holding a game like this annually would be pretty sweet. Oh and I liked TFI's medic system. I think it was pretty fair. But just one suggestion. When using the envelopes, use thicker or colored envelopes because I noticed you could actually see the D or A's just by holding them up to the light. (not that I did that... )

We are going to get security envelopes next time ;-) we knew that but we hoped no one would notice I have nothing else to say oh well, hopefully no one took advantage of that.
Looks like we will be hosting an annual event there. Hopefully another in the fall as well but we will see on that one. Once again thanks to the players for all the great feedback!
Cheers,
TFI

I actually didn't even notice it until right towards the end of the entire day. It was probably one of the last players that I had healed and right after I drew the card out I just noticed it. If I can ask how did the Hospital work out? Did many people use it? Just one last thing I think I can suggest for TFI to think about is maybe to have at least one field hospital in addition to the returning to base for each team that are strategically positioned for each team, but doesn't give either team an advantage over the other. OR something like letting each team have only one field hospital at a certain checkpoint that they currently have held/secured but if it's under attack then it can't be used as a field hospital.

This is actually something we were talking about already so that folks would not have to walk as far and so there could be some more wicked awesome fire fights. The only thing we noticed that needed attention was that, and I hate to say thing, the field was to large for the amount of players that we had. Hopefully next time we get more players another 20 (10 per side) would have made it a more action packed game. This is only my opinion and I was in the village pretty much all day (the guy screaming on the ground about being shot in the butt I have nothing else to say )
