This was my first real game and I had a lot of fun. The medic system was pretty cool and the village scenarios were a really fun idea. The only bad part was the goggle fogging and the rain/snow/sleet mix mainly in the 2nd half.

I actually didn't even notice it until right towards the end of the entire day. It was probably one of the last players that I had healed and right after I drew the card out I just noticed it. If I can ask how did the Hospital work out? Did many people use it? Just one last thing I think I can suggest for TFI to think about is maybe to have at least one field hospital in addition to the returning to base for each team that are strategically positioned for each team, but doesn't give either team an advantage over the other. OR something like letting each team have only one field hospital at a certain checkpoint that they currently have held/secured but if it's under attack then it can't be used as a field hospital. This is actually something we were talking about already so that folks would not have to walk as far and so there could be some more wicked awesome fire fights. The only thing we noticed that needed attention was that, and I hate to say thing, the field was to large for the amount of players that we had. Hopefully next time we get more players another 20 (10 per side) would have made it a more action packed game. This is only my opinion and I was in the village pretty much all day (the guy screaming on the ground about being shot in the butt I have nothing else to say ) I agree another 10+ guys on a team would have made for a better game. The bad weather may have scared a few people off. I guess that just left us with the best of the bunch then. Can't wait to see some pictures...

This was the first *real* event that I have been to, and actually played at. At Deep Snow I just ran around filming. Sunday I was out there with a few cameras getting what I could. I'll have what I can get up soon, but with the weather in the second half I didn't dare take my camera out in the rain Anyway, I had a great time out there. I liked the medic system, and the field in general. It was nice to put names to faces.

Everything was well thought out, the players were good, and the field was amazing. (in my opinion) This was my first MilSim event, and I have to say it was great. Thanks for organizing it T.F.I. and others.

TFI - Great job on the event! I look forward to many more events planned by you. For the first time hosting @ Hell Survivors I thought you did an incredible job of incorporating the whole field and even came up with a great way to let your own members get involved through the Village scenarios. I thought the different objectives and different requirements really gave the event and each side a great purpose. I was on the Woodland side and my company came across early a Nadisk 75point, no requirements needed objective, so we had to determine to stay and defend it most of the day or move out to other objectives. We defended it most of the day and quickly moved out to secure other objectives and then returned to defend it. However, wouldn't you know it that we left our post for about 15minutes to help an attack on the Nadisk HQ and they swooped in while we were gone and got it and from what I read we lost by 75 points Medic system was good and all in all my group and I had a blast. There were some of the typical things, some guys missing hits and gettin at each other, but everything was quickly resolved with no issues and apologies. Thats just part of the game using little plastic bb's and adrenaline pumping. Great job to all the players on both sides too. Everyone seemed to handle themselves in a mature fashion which makes coming out to events even more enjoyable knowing we are all there to compete and have fun.

Redknight, myself and the rest of the fighting tacos give our condolences. I will keep your family in my prayers but know that he is looking down on you on our simulated battlefields of fun.
On point though it was a fantastic game. Could not have been better and I for one loved the weather. It truly created an uneasy sense of war and tension. Oddly enough with all the money I put into my rifle before the event I obtained most of my kills with my pistol and shotgun. Thank you TFI for a marvelous feat of enginuity.

I couldn't even get 3 shot out of my pistol with propane in it. What were you using to fill your pistol mags?

I for one had no problems with my gas pistol in that cold weather. Of course I have a KWA PTP with the NS2 gas system so my pistol works in 15-20 degree weather.
I know that the weather added more to the whole realism but I still think it would have been more enjoyable with clear skies and no rain. A lower humidity would've been nice too so our goggles wouldn't fog up. I have a G&G turbo fan on my goggles and mine still fogged...badly.

I know, my goggle fogged up really bad. It was a constant struggle to defog them.

From us over at Infantry Airsoft Supply, We'd like to thank Task Force Iris for considering us as a vendor, as well as an awesome job for hosting this fine event. Hell's Survivor for letting us set up inside the VIP room and all their kind words. It was nice to see familiar faces and we were happy we were able to raffle off both, the MEU and the King Arms M4!
For the weather condition's and it being a 1st event hosted by TFI at Hell's Survivor I think it was a great turnout. Well played out game, great system being used for the medics. As with a few other people are saying, only if about 10 more member per side would've led to even more epic fire fights. I had some issues with my ESS goggles, not really fogging persay, just a lot of condensation forming on the inside blurring my vision.
We look forward to possibly coming to more event's and seeing everyone there!
Redknight: from us at IAS you and your family will be in our thought's and prayers.
