First off....HOORAY!!! I started the AAR.. Today was probably the most fun I've had at No-Limits. The games were QUICK action packed games as opposed to the normal 3 hr "Scenarios" that are usually more common. That kept everything going, and nearly eliminated camping. Aside from the two LARGE issues with a few n00bs blindfiring (Shame on you n00bs ) everything went well. Pics are uploading as I type...they'll be up in a couple minutes. EDIT: We have PIXORZ: s306.photobucket.com/albums/nn263/cqbr21/MI%20Game%20Pics/Hellfish%20Oct%204th/

I LOVED using your Scorpion to mow down incoming VIP runners on that last scenario. I got like 6 kills in one long burst. It was AWESOME.

I'll agree, this was without a doubt my best time at No Limits. The games were great, and I had no issues with people calling it. Didn't like getting shot in the face so much, but oh well.
My buddy was brand new here, and I forgot to let him in on a few of the rules, (dead men dont talk and no blindfiring) so I'll apologize for that. He knows for next time though.

Ghast- I enjoyed watching you do it.. ;D ;D I have nothing else to say My buddy was brand new here, and I forgot to let him in on a few of the rules, (dead men dont talk and no blindfiring) so I'll apologize for that. He knows for next time though. No Knife, It DEFINITELY wasn't your buddy who was blindfiring. So don't even begin to feel accountable for that...I have nothing else to say. It was a couple woodland n00blets, but I believe they were repremanded about it. (I know at least one of them was) Hopefully they don't do it in the future. I had a very good time but the 1.5 hour lunch break pissed me off.

I concur, this was a MUCH better day than the last time. People were calling their hits, there were only a couple times I saw blindfiring, and everyone seemed to have a great time.
I DO have a complaint about one of the refs, however. During the Anthrax Island games, while MARPAT/ACU was defending, one of the refs was giving the defending team info on the other team's whereabouts. Even thought this was, in fact, my team, I still don't agree with it. In the future, it should be ensured that the refs stay neutral.

I've attended a few times and this was the best event yet. I don't like the last field we always seem to end on, but everything else was great.
One issue was the flag postions, half the time no one on the woodland team knew where either of the flags were. I don't know how we can remedy that, it may have just been my team.

Since I died earlier, I dont think those guys would have even noticed you if you hadn't started firing...I have nothing else to say. There were hordes of them rushing in. Also thanks woodland guy, (Trout, I think) for shooting me only a couple times when I was already dead, it could have been way worse...I have nothing else to say.

I had a very good time but the 1.5 hour lunch break pissed me off. Wow, that flew by. I thought it was only like 45 minutes.. This was the most fun I've had at No Limits. The blind firing was ridiculous..the incident that we were in was one of those times when blind firing is really dangerous. We were stacked up (more like standing around) by one of the corners of the castle, then a nice AK74 just peeks across spraying wildly. We need to have another game before it's winter..or maybe we can play in the snow!

Yeah, I vote for year-round games. It looks like fun, especially crossing the ice on the Island scenario. But really, I know that at least a few of us haven't been to a winter game that want to go.

D4mit, that was because half of your team chose not to listen to the briefing. I'm not going to start games late because players don't want to pay attention when I'm telling them the rules. As everybody said, things went really smoothly today. This was really the only thing that frustrated me, though. I couldn't give a single briefing all day without so much side chatter that nobody beyond the first row of people could hear me. If you want to know where the flag is in a capture the flag game, shut up and listen. And for the record, aside from the last flag, it always started in the same place; right at the inside corner of the L field, just like I said twice during the briefing.
I apologize about the blind firing, that's usually one of the main points I hit during the safety briefing at the beginning, but it just slipped my mind today. I'm kind of surprised by who did it, though, because I've seen them at these games before so I know they know better. Regardless, I hope we took care of satisfactorily after the fact, and I'll make sure I bring it up next time before we get games going.
And Champagne, I talked to that ref after it was brought to my attention and things should be pretty ironed out if he comes to help out in the future. Again, it's one of those things that I can't control and I hope my effort was good enough after the fact.

Right on, I understand that one was out of your control, he's his own person and controls his own actions. On the blindfiring, I could have sworn I heard you mention it this morning, but then again I hadn't gotten much sleep last night, so I might have just assumed you mentioned it, as it is usually part of the briefing.
As for winter games, I'd second that motion in a heartbeat! We ran plenty of winter games on our field and had loads of fun.

On the note of Winter games, we are looking into it. We're not sure if the Owner, Brian, will be able to open it up for us. For the most part, paintballers don't play in the winter, so it's generally not open.

Sorry about the blind fireing. It was mostly my falt as I didn't tell my brother about it before we came. It was his first airsoft game so he only know the rules I told him. Sorry again.
