I've stopped going prone at SFOD. I keep on my feet there all the time, and try to avoid crouching low through brush. I've never had poison ivy as bad as I had it after Blood Dynasty last year, so I'm trying to avoid that this year and it's working so far.

I do know that Posion Ivy was lathcing it's way up the trees and al over the ground near the new church being built. Fox does know about it, adn we usually try and get rid of any that we see.

Pictures of the game are up in the gallery section. I'm guessing that is what you are asking pictures of.

Here is my be-lated response, since I just got back online. Thanks again to SFOD for hosting the game and reffing the whole day and resisting the urge to jump in on the trigger time. It was my first game at that field and I had a lot of fun. There were a couple of hiccups within the game, but nothing that no one hasn't come across before. I hated the first game because the Tan Team kept tearing us apart, and we couldn't get within 100 feet of the border of the city...I have nothing else to say. The second and third games were ok, until that random "Cease Fire" that happened halfway through each game. I agree with whoever made the suggesstion about lower FPS limits for the smaller kids. It's kind of nice to have the little kids out there and seeing them have fun playing airsoft, but they can't be allowed to think that they are invinceable and that they shouldn't be calling their hits. But that is a different issue. As far as the engagement limit rules. Has anyone considered using the "Bang Out" rule? I have played a bunch of games in Florida using Florida Airsoft rules, and the bang out down there works like a charm. (I think Relish can attest to that ) It virtually eliminates all the disputes that come with people shooting each other up close and personal. I know I could have used that rule a couple of times during while we were playing since I kind of felt bad about shooting people so closely. Just something to consider. ;D Thanks to BigC and the rest of the Asshats who I had the pleasure of meeting. I had a lot of fun playing with you guys, and I am looking forward to playing at the next Op you attend. J.D.

CQBR, the bang rule has been long discussed. The problem is that it doesn't work. Too often people mis-use it or don't honor it. Just have a pistol on you for very close quarter engagements, otherwise, knife kill em if you're behind em. Personally I liked using my SCAR-L that was shooting 340fps so I had no engagement range, it was a nice change from the 400fps aegs, and 550+fps sniper rifle I am used to carrying.

It was a pleasure meeting you as well. I didn't get to talk to you much, but I sat at the picnic table and talked to your dad for a good 45 minutes to an hour about airsoft and golf. He's a cool dude.
Next game, you're more than welcome to roll with us again.

Yeah, you're pretty much right Tex. I figure that, if people don't like getting lit up at close quarters that they would prefer to use the rule. I understand in CQB stuff, that you cannot use it, but some people don't expect the enemy to be right behind them while their playing in the middle of the woods, myself included...I have nothing else to say. You were one of the guys I was considering trying to bang out. When you came out of the spawn during the second game and sat in that path I was sitting beside you in the bushes. You didn't see me and I didn't know if you were in the game or not. I saw you aiming and I considered jumping up and asking you to surrender(Totally a lame move, I know) since I felt bad about the side of your face being the only target for me to shoot at. I didn't wanna send a burst of BB's flying towards your pretty face. I have nothing else to say. Then you started shooting and I figured "I guess he's playin' " Then I didn't feel so bad about shooting you once you laid down in those bushes..HaHa. Sorry about that Sack-shot though.. It was a pleasure meeting you as well. I didn't get to talk to you much, but I sat at the picnic table and talked to your dad for a good 45 minutes to an hour about airsoft and golf. He's a cool dude. Next game, you're more than welcome to roll with us again. Thanks again Crazy. BigC was the only one I recognized since I had seen his picture before and was chatting with him earlier, so naturally I went to him first. But I now recognize you and Hollywood so next time we can find something to chat about. My dad usually likes to tag along and help out the event organizers either reffing or setting things up. I forgot my camera so he didn't have a chance to take the pics he normally does. Definitely looking forward to the next game though!! P.S. Does anyone know where I can reach Greyfox?? I sent him a PM a few days ago asking him if he found something I dropped. I assume that his power/internet got knocked out from that bad weather, but if anyone could help me out with contacting him, I would really appreciate it.

Well, here it is. youtube.com/watch?v=eIQOsU4-OCMIts not all that great, I didn't get a lot of stuff as I only recorded the second game. The first like 30 seconds is kinda like Cloverfield, so if you get dizzy easily I would fast-forward. Its also hard to get good shots while trying to make things as inconspicuous as possible, but I tried to find everybody I could and get a good shot of them.
