From what I've read on other forums, the only way you're going to be able to attend if you're less than 18 is to have several solid, experienced, mature, and well-known people to verify the fact that you're a good, honest, mature young player.

Yea, I think some people from OP: broken promise could vouch. Got to play with some Socom players and at the end got some contact with LOM. But I'm in DK if that means anything. I probably wont attend just seeing whats going on. ya know keeping it in mind

I really would like to go to this op as well but I am turning 18 on Sept. 19th. So, if anyone will vouch for me and say that I am a very respectable, knowledgable, honorable and matureable (added the able to round out sentence ) man, that would be great.

Contact John Lu directly and send him an very nice written email about why you are mature enough to play. Of all the events he made so far he only rejected 2 minors because they were real smart ass even by email. There should not be any problems for you to attend this event.
Looking forward to see you guys down for this.

Registration is open until the 10th of August.
This promises to be an awesome op, guys...I'd love to see Michigan Airsoft represented in force.

I'd really like to go to this event, but I'm kind of trying to decide if I'm going to be able to swing this one and Codename Thunder or not.
What side are those persons who are going signing up for? Tigerstripe or Woodland? I'd like to see as many of us as possible all on the same side personally.
My own personal preference would be Tiger. I'm guessing the guys with Tiger are going to be the more dedicated mil-sim persons. Probably the more experienced team, even though they'll be outnumbered. They're already discussing this on their forum.
Has everyone who plans to go already signed up? There's a $20 discount per person for groups of 8 and larger. I don't think there's going to be enough going in my group to make the discount. If anyone else is going and hasn't signed up maybe we could pool our entries to save some cash. PM me if you're interested please!

So far as I know, GK is the only team that will be representing MiA at Northern Wind. We'll be playing on the woodland side, because we were horridly outnumbered at Blind Fury, and wanted to be on the other side of the coin this time.

As of right now there are a few of the Section 8 members going and I think some of the peoples from 21st C.A. I'll work on getting as many as possible and send them your way .With the price tag so much not sure how many will be able to afford it . The event sounds great and I look forward to it .See you all there . Thanks Sgt Robert LaBash of "SECTION 8" and "Task force Michigan Airsoft "
