I concur, No way in heck there's anything that's going to stop me from going to this event; of course excluding extreme situations ... Can't wait, like I've said before, the event sounds like a real winner, and there will be around 10 of us from FIAT attending. ;D - Grunt22

There aren't any restrictions guys,
I already talked to Mike. He told me that there aren't restrictions on camping or playing, you just have to have the waiver signed if your under 18. ;D

looks like i'm in guys! change of plans has freed me up as long as i leave (crawl) home early enough saturday to take #1 girlfriend to see fleetwood mac! spent 2 1/2 hours at WTS thursday wrestling a 9.6v battery into my new G-36 so i'm ready! thanks to mike and gabe for the help and patience in getting the battery in, was a major pain but now i have 2 HK's with an insane ROF!!! MORE POWER!!(insert tim allen grunt here!) looking forward to some night stuff on friday, finally get to use my NVG's for something besides watching deer!!

It was really that hard to get the 9.6v in there? What mAH rating is it?

i believe it's the 1100 mah 9.6v! was a pain in the ass but we had no clue how much modification was involved or how it was supposed to be positioned so it was trial and error(s) !! i was trying to remember what you said in a previous thread about how much had to be removed from the handguard but we just kept working it until it fit! i figured i would need a longer life battery if i would use the G-36 for wolverine fury so it was a major priority to install it soon to test a while before the big event. i always plan for mr murphy though so i will have a backup primary (mc-51) just in case !!

Oh, I see! Yeah, my tutorial is for the 600mAH battery, not the 1100. From what I've seen on the HK sites there's a lot of material removed to fit that thing in. I think they basically remove everything that covers the inner barrel up, even.
