For me the PDW is on the fence. I'm not 100% sure I like how it looks either and that's coming from a magpul fanboy.

Very funny. If you'd read you would've seen they're all projects, and not finished. But, that's your opinion, and I respect that. I don't like the looks of IPSC/race pistols or associated gear:   They're all just too modified, almost mechanical. I know they're meant for speed and targets, but they all look huge, heavy, and impractical. Which is ironic seeing as the "P" in IPSC stands for practical. They've all lost their gracefulness as a pistol to me. Too sportified. Just like these nasty things:  |

I would agree that it isn't the most attractive thing out there. I did however get a chance to hold one and it is extremely comfy and well balanced. I was very surprised due to it being APS.

You just need ~1000 bucks (at least for some quality parts) to build a tm racer hi capa to appreciate it. |

Race pistols clearly reflect their purpose. I just don't have much interest in that purpose. Hence, I don't care for the look, though I respect the craftmanship. (On the real thing, anyway.)
