This is going to end this discussion of the mistakes in the most recent picture, if anybody wants to drag it on take it to the PM's.
Hound, I have mostly gotten pretty good advice for everything, but when me and another member of the team make a simple mistake that shouldn't have gotten that much attention. We don't need to be bashed for it, constructive criticism I'm alright with and is helpful. Bashing like ghast did was uncalled for and unnecessary. What MS Arc did was good, gave advice and no bashing. I admit to my mistake of my trigger finger and will work on it. Didn't need any bashing.
Now this discussion on the topic of the small mistake that many of us have made before is done. If anybody wants to drag it on take it to the PM's.

I'm not going to PM you because this advice is for your whole team nor is it in any way bashing.
The best advice I can give you is keep learning. People on MiA can be critical, its true, you might not like HOW they say something to you but WHAT they say is important and good advice (most of the time). Remember this is the internet and winning the internet is not worth your time. From that picture its easy to see how someone could have mistaken gloves blending with the gun/shadow to appear on the trigger and that is all it takes.
Its good to see younger guys getting in to the sport. All of us old fucks can get cranky at times but believe me its for a good reason so no matter the message take the advice. Bad habits are harder to break than training right from the start - airsoft or real steel makes no difference. So while you may have just had some gun issues or minor mistakes in your picture the thing to take away from this is: Read past the BS and get the true message out of it. Don't get defensive over the internet its not worth your time. And perception is reality and at the end of the day that is all that matters - Reputation means a lot in this community.
Good luck guys.

I like the Russian version, it translates into the "thunder of the rooster"

Did you translate "Airsoft" into Russian for the Russian badge? Or did you translate "Strikeball" into Russian, since Strikeball is what airsoft is more commonly known as in Russia.

Strikeball = Страйкбол Airsoft = страйкбол
That's what I got for translations. Maybe google doesn't know any better and they're supposed to be different.
Strikeball....Russians even made Airsoft sound badass.

Yeah I used my company's translation software to translate "Airsoft" & "Strikeball" and they both translated the same in Russian. Страйкбол
So I guess you're set!

I intentionally wrote it as strikeball, I've never heard a Russian speaker say airsoft before. I really liked how Thunder translates as Grom, as in the polish special forces, and a Russian division.

Upon my return home, I noticed a box awaiting my presence at my door. Needless to say, I opened dat sheisse!!! Inside I found my new WE SVD GBBR (also displayed is my new SVD bayonet): Compared with my old A&K SVD: Being that this was the first time owning and firing a GBBR, the experience was very thrilling when compared to AEG's. The sound will overpower any airsoft gun heard on the field. The recoil is comparable to a .22 rifle of similar weight (though it has been a few months since I last fired such a rifle). Once a POSP or similar optic is affixed and a nice weathering is applied, i'm sure the beauty will make even the most focused of enemy players to pause and gaze. Perhaps I'm letting my fetish for SVD's show a little too much TL;DR It's an okay gun.

I actually like the crisp and untouched look of the wood furniture, but roughing up the metal would be a nice touch.
Dat bayonet...

I'm not necessarily going to beat-up the wood, I intend on refinishing it to look more like a real SVD. I dislike the texture of the current finish, feel's too plastic-y, but I know it is in-fact wood.

Got most of my recent orders when I get my vest I'll post that up. My high-capa mag came in today and shot it for a bit. After being in a couch for 1.5 years and the pistol and being abused for about 3 years it shot like a dream. I'm making it a race pistol so that explains the blue mag plate.

Could could have just taken a small picture of your mag base-plate. I dislike photos that increase the width of the forum thread page.
