On the picture some of those red circles shouldn't be there, Shamu(Bottom right side) didn't have his finger in the trigger, all five fingers were on the grip. My ATP didn't have the finger in the trigger guard, bent my finger a little bit. Hi capa on the other hand did have a finger and so did the M4.
Should we have fingers in trigger guards of broken guns? No we shouldn't.

Ironically enough, I yelled "Fingers of the triggers!" before the pic was taken. Upon further review of the photo, it has the appearance of fingers on the trigger because of the low resolution of the pick and black tipped gloves over a black gun hides the position of the fingers. However, Bubba indefinably has a massive case of trigger indiscipline going on. And Voss stands there on the right like a smug dawg in Norwegian M/75 and Jeans, very tactical. Edit: The point is, with the resolution of the pic being so abstract, what you are looking to see in the pic is what you'll see. In actuality, sight is deceived. It is easy for anyone to miss-see the image. Look closely at Max's green gloves, they have black tips on the fingers, hiding the end of his finger in the black blob that is his gun.

That's a bit more understandable. When I keep my finger off the trigger, I have it above the actual trigger area to prevent a potential mistake. Try and emulate the guy with the red felt gloves in front. I don't know who is who, but a picture with names above the people would help. I have trouble IDing who's who on new teams with new faces.

I still dont even feel fully at ease around weapons if someone is doing this: See how his finger is resting on the front of his trigger guard? The method used in the first pic is good because it doesn't rely on even having a trigger guard (which seems to be your only argument, and it isn't a good one).

Starting on the top row, left to right: Max, Me(Russian), Eddy(Bubba), Voss(Vangsvatnet). Lower row: Grant(Shamu) and Alex(Cthulu). They are identical twins with identical loadouts, so I can't tell which is which.

It's bottom row left to right, Shamu then Cthulhu.

Freakin' twins man... At least my girlfriend's twin is distinctive enough to tell them apart.

Yeah, I did not have my finger on the trigger, but it looks like it because of the resolution, and I was wearing all black gloves. As for the twin thing, we have tried, but failed to differentiate our load outs. It's hard because we both like the same sort of things in our load outs. But we do plan on having our plate carries set up differently because we both want things in different areas. The best way to tell though is Cthulhu has the, at the moment, fake wood AK, while I have the AK with rails and what not. By the way, we did finally decide on a team load out. We chose Danish M84.

Poor resolution on a photo or not. Again, people who are unfamiliar might look at it and think, "Wow. those guys don't know the first thing about gun safety"
Whether they are broken or working, real or airsoft just please use and manipulate them properly!

I'm not trying to bash either, but seriously guys? You act like you want people to admire an look up to you but you guys come across like you're shit doesn't stink and you can do no wrong. Some of the older, more respected members are giving you critical advice and you turn around and make it look like all they are doing is bashing on you, because your replicas are "broken"
Lastly you "young men" have a team name that even older guys 20-30 years old wouldn't even like because it comes off slightly derogatory. You guys are, what 14-16, I'm guessing? At least have some common sense to not make yourselves look like fools because you can't take helpful advice, or feel that you are God's gift that rules don't apply to you.

No, Thunder Cocks is a great name. But at the moment they're Thunder My-Balls-Haven't-Dropped-So-I-Think-I'm-Hot-Shit.

I won't defend the words of Bubba, but on my part, I don't feel that I have shown disrespect personally. As for the criticism of the team as a whole, I think many of you are looking in through the wrong lens per-say. We a group of young friend who teamed together to learn the sport as a whole and to work together. We are not one of the competitive group who wish for fortune and glory. If we where wanting to be "looked up to," naming ourselves Thunder Cocks would have been the decision. No matter what Bubba's troll mind thinks, the Thunder Cock motif is nothing more than cooperative learning and having fun, not to be taken as a serious competitive group.
I take your guy's advice to mind, but don't let the single guy's rudeness cause improper judgement on our whole.

Generally the guys here on MIA are very critical but do it to teach or to help improve. It's not always in the most gentle manner but they are generally pointing you in the right direction. Take the advice and learn from it. Ignore the drama. The only other bit I can give you is since you guys are now here on MIA representing as a team, the way other members on your team act has a direct reflection on how the rest of your team is viewed. That is something you guys need to handle internally.

I just want to make sure this important lesson doesn't get lost in this thread:
This is absolutely true. Your avatar stands out far more than your username. What people see coming from any one of you will be taken as a statement that represents the team. If you don't want to be looked down upon, you'll want to make sure that nobody on your team acts a fool on the boards.

Yeah let me just say, if one guy on the team says it. The whole team says it. And from me the former noob(and probably still) to you, these players on the forums definatly know what they are talking about. A lot of them have served( I hope to) and have a lot of experience under their belt. And ever since I've joined, I've gotten nothing but great advice from them. So just listen to what they say and watch the grammar. I'm not saying you have bad grammar, its just important here.
