Now since I think iv decided on the gun, should I get the m130 and make it semi, or m110 and keep of auto. Like, would the m130 give me a substantial enough boost of performance to make it worth it to disable auto

If you sustain good trigger response, yes. You'll be able to shoot through brush, which is essential for a DMR. So if you're willing to buy a big battery and a good motor, go for it. Keeping in mind you're going to have to upgrade just about everything else in the gun. Not literally everything, but you get the picture.

Ehh. not one for upgrading a whole lot... So I may stick with m110. I don't suppose an m120 would keep me under the 400 mark would it? I only ask because some of you have owned the g&g m14 and you may have put one in yourself.

If you're staying just under 400fps, and you don't upgrade, your full-auto will suck. If you go over without upgrading, your trigger response is going to suck. You're going to want one or the other. There's no point in keeping full-auto if it's slower than my semi-auto. You're going to want a motor upgrade, regardless.

Iv seen a video on youtibe, ill see if I can find link, but he shoots quite fast with an m120 spring and everything else stock. I was shocked. So I doubt an m110 is going to take it from 20bps to slower then I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. semi

biz,
I'm giving you a warning for your grammar in that last post. You're looking for "I've," not "Iv," "Youtube," not "youtibe," "I'll," not "ill," and "something that makes sense," in place of "to slower then I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. semi." At the very least, "I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me." is not an acceptable abbreviation of "your," "you're," or "you are" (I don't know which one you were going for), but the entire sentence sort of fell apart there.

Most of the misspelled words were because of my phones touch screen, it's a bit finicky. And it normally auto corrects my apostraphys. Sorry....

And "to slower then your semi" did make sense...

And "to slower then your semi" did make sense... "To slower than your semi-automatic rate of fire" is what he was looking for. Don't double post or argue though man, you're just going to dig your hole deeper. Just take what advice we've given you and use it, no need to get banned along with it.

Yea your right... But anyways, I'm sure the stock motor can handle the m110 without losing much speed.

Yea your right... But anyways, I'm sure the stock motor can handle the m110 without losing much speed. Regardless, you'll lose ROF and trigger response. My gun is cranking 315fps right now. Next upgrade? 280fps spring. Why? Cause it'll boost those two things, and put less stress on my gearbox. So why lose speed when you can improve it, is my point. It's not like a motor requires much effort to install. I mean, an M14 isn't EASY, but you can figure it out rather quickly. It was the first gun I ever completely disassembled on my own, and I figured it out. If you ended up choosing an M16, it'd be even easier.

Well everyone has there opinions... I'm not going to argue with you and say you're wrong, its all preference I suppose. But I'm not going to complain with 17rps with a 9.6v.
And I'm on a bit of a budget, that's also why I'm not looking forward to buying a motor for a few more rps. I don't need a bb hose lmao.

If you ended up choosing an M16, it'd be even easier. As was mine. I could take it apart, find the problem, fix it, AND put it back together before you can make a hot-pocket.

I have a g&g gr-16a2 and i loveeeee it. eventhough the body isn't metal the plastic is really strong. it doesnt have a removable carying handle though, thats a down fall in my opinion.

But that's just the model you bought. An A3 or A4 would have a removable carry handle. The real M16A2 was just produced in a time before rails were seen as standard or necessary. You can't fault G&G for reproducing an accurate replica.
