I'm going to say this once, maybe again in another thread...
This whole price argument issue was brought to my attention as mod-worthy, but it's not, really. If you guys want to bitch about the price, you're more than welcome.
That said...
If ANY of you start ANYTHING outside of these threads, there will be consequences. I've seen it done once already, and this is, essentially, a blanket warning. Give your feedback, then let it go. If you don't like the situation, then don't be a part of it.

Take SFOD off the list.

Well, it seems that that is the best thing we can do, just not attend. I'm glad to see that a player cap was set, although I think it's still insanely high, if I see some changes are done to it. I will consider attending, but as it stands for now, I see a big boycott from this place being set in motion.

I think a lot of people forget that this place was designed for a haunted house not airsoft, so don't expected it to be "airsoft quailty." That is common sense, how many times have they told you that they haven't changed anything or changed anything for that matter, but you show up expecting someting new everytime. Also you complain that it's suck's, hell I'm greatful to have a place to play in the winter thats warm and let's us back almost 2 times a month. In my opinion everyone here is a bit ungreatful. When was the last time we had a dedicated CQB arena? My 2 cents...cha ching!

Yeah.. But in all reality, it's not that hard to hit up a home depot and cover up the un-needed holes in the basement.
I've gone to all three events, including the private free one that was made exclusively for our two cents to be thrown in on what needs to be changed, yet it hasn't been done. So it's not so much us being ungrateful, as much as it is us being dissapointed that nothing has been done.
Everytime MOA hosts an event, or everytime SFOD hosts something, I know that the money I'm giving them goes towards paying for the field that they dropped god knows how much money into doing, and I know that everytime I go there, there is something new or improvements done that wow me every time.
It's really not that hard to hit up a home depot and buy some OSB wood, and get a couple lights in the place, or turn on the ones that can be, so it's brighter.
In my opinion, the entire downstairs needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I can throw down a design sketch, and I'd be willing to help design/build it for absolutely no charge. All I need is the ok from Hunter's father really.

Instead of indirectly encouraging boycotts why don't we as an airsoft community try to help these guys develop a decent indoor airsoft facility?
It seems that lately we've had that crab mentality that when someone is rising another pulls him down and nobody succeeds. It's already a known fact. This isn't an airsoft CQB facility but right now it's all we have. There is still much work to do but we have to give them time before we turn all of MIA against them. I've already noticed some minor improvements (better than nothing) so just hold back before you give a verdict. It's not so easy to just undo everything that's already been built there. It's a thousand times easier to play with other people's money but especially now with our economy you really have to think twice before you throw lots of your own hard earned money into anything.
Like I said before, don't ruin this for guys like me who just want to play. Forget all the politics, just play airsoft.
I'm still going on Saturday even if I'm shooting Hunter all by myself.

I agree with mosin that nothing has been changed since the privite game. Maybe hunter you should take down the basement and use the wood for doors and what ever else needs to be covered up. Me and my dad are willing to help out with all that and it seems that other people are willing to help out to. You probly only need to spend about 100 bucks on hinges and hardware witch seems reasonable. An for the light problem just turn on all the lights. Im not trying to seem ungrateful for the place its great but it does need alittle work. Its not like were asking you to take out walls or anything just cover some holes hang a few doors and flip some light switches on. Again im not saying i wont come back till its done but other people might not. I will also still be going on saturday if only a few people show up. EDIT: PM sent hunter.

Why don't we all use what resources we have and get wood and oil drums and stuff togther and one day rebuilt the basement for them they way we want it? With Hunter's dad's permission. Shit, I know we could all prolly round up the materials needed for free, we are after all airsoft players. I mean we could make the downstairs a "building" with rooms and door etc. As an exchange maybe we can get 2 or 3 event's free for though's who donate? Just a idea.

I just want to shoot people... I got a TM Mk23... I should be there Saturday . P.S. As for the lack of notice, just try to tell us like 2 weeks ahead so that work can be scheduled and what not. Thanks. EDIT: I could possibly get 50 gallon drums and pallets and other random stuff if we do re-do down stairs.
