I have several members os Zombie Squad ready to commit, for Nadisk (ACUs). I sent a PM regarding some of our concerns and questions. My other question may have been answered already, but I didn't see it. I have a team photographer (she does photography professionally for weddings and such) who is willing to do the job and provide video and photos for everyone. Does our photographer have to pay since she is not going to be playing?

Because of the high number of walk-ons I would like to ask players to bring both uniform types if they can as long as you don't care what side you're on, it would make it easier to fill any gaps that may form on game day. We want this game to be as even as possible so it is fair and fun for everyone.
This is purely voluntary it is NOT mandatory to bring two uniforms but it would help things go smoother. Thanks.
Redknight, I'll find out about your photographer this week, make sure she has good eye protection and maybe an orange vest or something similar.

I've never been to this field before, but i saw on there website that they have troop transports and other vehicles. Are we going to be using any of those? Also is the commander confined to the HQ?

Commanders are not confined to HQ however, you will need to relay orders but this is your prerogative.
Unfortunately we are unable to utilize vehicles because of the condition of the trails. They will be far to muddy for that, last year when we toured the field at this time we had to help get a vehicle unstuck so that will be a no go.

So, TF: I, you say it'll be too muddy for vehicles. Not that I'm scared of mud, but so I know how to prepare. does the field have a lot of low lying land or is it all low lying land? How muddy, if it doesn't rain, do you expect it to be?

Hells is a bunch of different terrain....so if it rains like it did a few days before the big game, I played many years ago the swamp will be preety flooded..

The main problem with the mud will be on trails and in a few low spots. There is a pond in the middle of the field and it will be bad around there but there are also a lot of hills and high ground that should be nice and dry.
