Rule number 18 was brought to my attention recently and I thought I was discuss it on here. TFI will be conducting the Crono, so we have the final say on weapons. a "Sniper" will still need to work with a squad in this game so do not worry about the spotter or bull dog rule listed (once again its stupid)
We will be using MIA standards for FPS engagement limits so just use common sense, if you have an AEG shooting 450fps at full-auto you might be restricted to simi-auto so we can kind of mold to the HS rule. This will all be determined by our Crono Officers.
If you folks still have questions just ask, thanks.

I have a question about the face covering rule; I've got a shemagh that I usually wear, but I'm wondering if it has to be wrapped around my face completely at all times on the field, or is it acceptable to wear it around the neck when not in a direct firefight, and then just pull it over my mouth when I need to (as I, and most people seem to do in most other games). I understand either way, field rules and there's nothing you can do, but it would just be a heck of a lot more convenient. Thanks

Alright i have two questions for you. First of all, I understand head protection is required with full seal google for those over 18. My question is does a hat or other forms of head wear count as head protection?Basically what I'm asking does it have to be a helmet? We will be using MIA standards for FPS engagement limits so just use common sense, if you have an AEG shooting 450fps at full-auto you might be restricted to simi-auto so we can kind of mold to the HS rule. This will all be determined by our Crono Officers. Secondly, I read that the HS rules on fps limits for AEG's to remain on full auto is below 400fps. Correct me if I'm wrong but, are you saying you are enforcing the MIA fps limit rule of below 420fps for AEG's to remain at full auto? I'm asking this, because I'm shooting just below 400fps with gun i want to bring, and if the fps limit is at 420fps then i will feel comfortable using it. Thanks, you guys are doing a great job keeping up with all are concerns and questions.

A hat is fine for head protection it does not need to be a helmet. HS rules were written without consulting airsoft players in any degree so a lot of them do not make much sense. We will be using "MIA standard Engagement" limits I already worked this out.
The shemagh unfortunately will need to cover your face, but the last time we were out the refs realized how uncomfortable this was for the players and the players were allowed to ignore this the second half so we will need to see which HS Ref we get. But you will need something to cover your whole face.
Please remember your Barrel Condoms if you don't have one you can use a sock but most guns come with a little red thing that looks like an empty shotgun shell that is your barrel condom.
I hope I got everything, I am still slowly reviewing the HS rules so if you have any questions post them or PM me I try to check this 2-3 times a day.
Cheers,
Guardian

Thanks a lot, that makes things much easier for me.
Let's hope we get a ref that lets us drop the shemagh.
See you on the battlefield.

....We have breaking news regarding the Balkan state of Kurchistan and the resulting invasion of its neighbors. It would appear that the terrorist activities, originating from Kruchistan, against Batavia and Nadisk have inadvertently pitted the two countries against each other. The Communist State of Batavia believes that Kurchistan and its Militant Dictatorship were the originators of the Terrorist activities, Nadisk believes the same of Batavia. Both Countries are using Kurchistan as a road to the other country thus the true instigator is caught in the middle... Both armies are due to meet on March 29th around the small town of Durbond. Durbond has hired at third party police force to protect it from the invading armies. Air Drops in the area have missed for both armies and they will need to attempt to secure these resources. We will be back with more information regarding this fast evolving situation in the Balkans....

As it stands the Batavians are Crushing the Nadiskians, so we would once again remind you folks that if you have both camo pattens could you bring them, or if you have an extra set of Desert you don't mind lending it out could you please bring it.
Thank you very much,
TFI

We are not allowing winding mags sorry but anything non winding will be allowed. Steve Grady/IAS will be selling MP5 Mags relatively cheap so just keep that in mind, I know you don't have money but he is pretty good about cutting deals.
I hope this helps,
TFI

As it stand I will probably be bringing at least 6 or 7 members from Zombie squad, maybe more, some of them have already registered, so it is difficult to know who is going to be present as their screen names differ from their callsigns ( I don't know why)but I hoe that we will be able help even the teams out a bit

o.o Any chance of picking up some AUG mags? My +1 only has high-caps... EDIT: -Realized i dont have a +1 on the roster. Is this a mistake or is something wrong? This would be my mistake sorry, and I am calling IAS today, I will try to get you some AUG mids (I am going to assume it is TM make) I have another 80 headed out it looks like, Im expecting a call from them now, they all want to be on the same team so Im going to try to get them on the Nadisk forces, like I said Im not sure whats going on right now, I'll let you folks know as soon as possible. Steve Grady/IAS is looking to sell raffle tickets for an M4 but he is going to wait to see how many folks show up before he does, if we have a good turn out, which it looks like we will as long as we don't have any no shows, he will be raffling off that M4 probably a CA. Also if you can, please print off and bring your signed waver to help move registration along especially if you are a minor, thank you. Cheers, Guardian/TFI

TFI: Also requesting 2-3 G36 mid caps too if possible, one of the members attending that I pre-registered for just got his G36C not too long ago. That would be awesome and he would def buy some from IAS if they have any available to bring.
And I'll call some of the nearest vendors for him and try to procure some in the meantime.
Thank you.
