crazyman, why the hell were you using a cqb m4 on a big outdoor field like that anyway? then again, there was that shotgun with a 20 ft range too. that thing was sweet. didnt think you could actually use a real shotgun in airsoft. Some people's idea of "sweet" is a matter of opinion. Personally, I would NEVER allow anything that CAN (READ: HAS THE POSSIBILITY TO) fire real ammunition on an airsoft field. Regardless of its loadout, all it would take is ONE real steel round to kill someone. Try to stick a real-steel round into an airsoft weapon. It doesn't fit, for GOOD reason. I, for one, will not take part in a Mil-sim where any weapons capable of firing LIVE ammunition are being fired. well i guess you werent paying attention when he explained the conversion. he put a pin in there to stop REAL shells from firing, so that doesnt happen.

Regardless of what he says he did. it's a real firearm. Modified or not, that you must be 18 to purchase. I personally saw people under the age of 18 with it in their hands.
I am not having this debate with you. This is my opinion. Love it, or ignore it. It's my opinion.

i dont want to debate either, but its not gonna shoot real shells anymore. and besides, the only kid that used it other than the owner is a lisenced hunter, and shoots real shotguns all the time. its not like they gave it to a 12 year old dude.

My CQB has an insane rof and is a good long range gun, too. I've got news for ya, Treefrog, ( yeah, I coined that nickname today ;D ) your M4 and my other 3 M4's don't shoot any farther than my CQB. Besides, I like to try and get up close and personal. That way, I can see you getting hit and there's no question in my mind about it. I got my fair share of kills with it today as I always do. ( many more if people actually called them ). Look how many times I had your ass pinned. If you go to the next one, Treefrog, you'll be experiencing the wrath of the SAW. I should have pulled it out today and hosed you with it. Anyway, even with the tremendous amounts of cheating going on, I had a good time as I always do when I get to legally shoot people. On a side note, I think we should have a little meeting before the next game stressing:#1- SAFETY for the noobs that took their goggles off on the field. That's a BIG no no.#2 Follow RULES set by the organizers. Respawns included. " That's bullshit " is not an acceptable reply when you are reminded of the rules. If you don't feel they apply to you, then you shouldn't be there.
Also, sticking ANY gun directly into someones back and firing, is not acceptable and falls under the common courtesy rule. If someone had done to do that to me.. well, lets just say, I'm not as nice as Skypilot. #3 CHEATING should be addressed. Airsoft is about honesty. We all know there's going to be some cheating, but It was way excessive today. I've never played with so many dishonest players. Towards the end, many of the experienced players were getting pissed by it, myself included. My opinion, if you're caught doing so, it should automatically disqualify you for the next event. However, that's just my opinion, even though I'm sure a few others would agree.

Do you feel guilty? I don't think I called you a cheater here.
On Semia, that was in a half joking manner. And, I'm not going to debate my fighting abilities with you. You claim what you want, that's fine.
Anyway, I was just stating the truth. There were issues today and they should be discussed before the next game.
Rules should be followed and it shouldn't have to be " refereed ". Players should have enough sense and integrity to follow them without having their hands held throughout the day.
Again, airsoft is an honest game for honest players. Others should just stick to paintball.

i completely agree, but i still think that most of the quote "cheaters" didnt feel the bb hitting them. and half the time i felt it but didnt hear it because the guns were going off nearby.
and also, on semia, i wasnt arguing about what you said. i know your just joking around, i was just arguing with samb about what he said about my "comeback" cause he wasnt there so he wouldnt know about the joking.

to have refs you need to have people who dont want to play, if i pay my money im goin to want to play not sit around and watch you guys play. you could try to get someone to do it but remember we play airsoft to be honest and not get all painty. (paintball) so just try to call your self if you feel it. honesty is key, if some one says they got you say ok then walk away. youl prolly be able to come right back in in 2 seconds anyway.

RJ's paintball field has had refs at the other games I've been to. I honestly don't think we should need them. It's a game, you get shot, you respawn. Not a big deal, really. It's for fun. I understand people want to win, I'm an aggressive guy, but I call mine, and most others call theirs. However, today, as I was engaged in a fight with a few guys, Jumprefusal was sneaking up behind me, probably 50 feet or so and as I got shot from the front, Jump shot the center of my backpack ( I honestly didn't feel that one or hear it ). As I called out, I turned away to protect my face from people still firing. As I stood up, I saw him behind me. Even if I hadn't been hit from the front, I know I would have been shot by him anyway so, I didn't doubt him when he told me he'd hit me. I believed him, no arguing on my part. Either way, I was dead and I could respawn.

Either way, I was dead and I could respawn. thats another thing. this happened especially in the 1st game. when i got out, people were still shooting me. even when the game was OVER, they still were shooting me. right at the spawn too. i know its not a big deal, it still pissed me off a bit. when a guys out, is walking to the respawn zone, AND has his hands/gun above his head, stop shooting them. opposite goes for the guy out. if your out, make sure its aparrent that you are. dont run back to the base with your gun in firing position like your still playing.

Wow, whoever was doing that, ^, was being very immature. That happened to me at OpSB and it was definitely not cool. And what I hear from Crazyman, I would agree that there needs to be some work done to reduce cheating. I'll talk to the rest of the team about this so we can make it right for the next op.

Tree Frog, I haven't even meet you and I am already annoyed of you. I am very upset that you brought cheating onto our teams field. We have NEVER had problems with cheating before. I'm not sure if I hate children or cheaters more, but you are both.
Tree Frog you and your friends that came with you are band from our OP's for 1 year. Come back when you gain maturity and honor.
I am sorry everyone for this. If I didn't get pneumonia I would have gone and I am strict when it comes to this sort of thing. I would have kicked you off the field then. Once again I am sorry everyone. You will not have to deal with immature children or cheaters on our field.
And tree frog I smite you.
