Wow ken that gun is amazing!! "stare's in aww" ;D I really like what did with barrel, shortening it that is. I mean that looks so sweet. Even when marui comes out with thier m14, you will still have a one of a kind AC shortened. Just amazing. I really like that shorter barrel. Now thier's something you don't see everyday ;D - great job man hope to see it at a game soon. ;D Looks like all the hassle was worth it in the end "patience is virtue" ;D A+ job

Very Impressive, I'm not much of a fan on the M-14 or any of its variants...but that is actually quite nice. The stock looks good too. *I'm not sure if that's the same one that was broken*

Hmm, that could work but i'm worried about the roundness of the barrel, the nuts would barely have a grip on the barrel. And I'm not sure of the strength of JBWeld (never used it before) but if I'm swinging the gun around with, potentially, a heavy sight it could end up falling off.. I have Used JB weld on many occasions and to awnser the question you have, As long as you do the prep work (ie: removing paint and oil from the metal and mixing in the correct ammount of compond) and allowing a good solid 24 of drying, JB weld will almost always end up as strong or stronger than the metal around it, my uncle who designs small engines has used it to glue back together smaller engine blocks and the metal will actually break in around place before the glue does, some good stuff amazing m14 varient looks very porfessional
