Wire-Mesh goggles allowed? This is what their website says. Section II – Eye Protection Eye protection is absolutely required at all times while on the field or firing range at the MIRAG field. The following are a few specific guidelines to ensure your safety. For all Team Airsoft events (field games & CQB) full seal eye enclosure is mandatory. Team MIRAG will disapprove all shooting glasses or safety glasses. If your Eye protection can not stop an AEG shooting 400fps at point blank range AND are not full seal, do not bring them. In any CQB Environment, full seal eye protection is mandatory, full face protection is recommended. If your glasses are removed during the game, and a ref spots it, disciplinary action will have to be taken. We take your safety very seriously.

Problem with wire mesh googles is that bb's can shatter and the pieces can pass threw the holes in the mesh. If you value your eye sight, DON'T USE THEM.
Everytime I say that to a customer they reply, we use them all the time and we get hit directly in them with bb's, and they dont break. Well yeah, some bb's are stronger then others and don't break but others can. Do you want to take the chance that the other guy who is shooting at you is using some cheap bb's that do break and you loose sight?

Good god this firefox spellchecker plugin sucks. It changed the word same to game and threw to thread.
I think it has worse dyslexia then me.
