I've been placed on the Columbians team. ;D Of course I can request a switch, but are the rest of you guys on the US team?

Naw frostee, I have a few of your guys. The reasoning for this is so that this event dosen't turn into a Michigan Vs Ohio Vs Indiana event. I have heard and seen a few events destroyed by that, and I really don't want this one to end on a sour note. Other than that though, the teams are farily even. Although, I would sudggest that everyone that comes brings a radio, as my team uses them extensively, and I know most of the other guys do too. See you all there.

Hmm... I understand what you are saying Ice.. The only downfall that I can see is the camoflage thing.. a lot of people only own one type of camoflage.... I only have woodland because that's what Uncle Sam gave me... Do they expect me to buy new cammies if I end up on a team that doesn't wear woodland cammies?

SnipHunter and I are on the US side. As for 'costuming' if you're on the Mob side or Columbian side, that shouldn't be too hard. I would just wear a black sweater and a pair of camo pants. The US guys /have/ to wear all woodland, but the other two sides don't, from what I understand. Oh hey, anyone else bringing heavy weapons? We're bringing along an AT-4 missile launcher. C02 powered rockety goodness.

As Jacko so wonderfully pointed out, it's not that hard. He has the right idea, since thats what we were invisioning when we wrote these senario's. Also, about heavy weapons, you can bring them, but they will be tested for safety before the event. I don't know if you guys have had a chance yet, but be sure to check out the airsoft ohio rule for the event located here: www.airsoftohio.com/phpBB/rules.php Also, all of those on the US side, I'll be emailing you sometime this week so that we can get to know eachother and so that we make sure we get everything we need to have there. Also, I don't know if this applies to any of you, but you may bring "crafts". That means anyone that wants to bring some form of armoured fighting vehicle, they may. all you need to do is make sure Chris or I know it's comming.

About crafts, what happens if we hit one with our AT-4? I couldn't find any information in the rules about eliminating crafts.
As for safety, that's totally cool. The AT-4 will be shooting foot-long closed cell foam rockets which shouldn't be dangerous or harmful to anyone, even if we rock them with it in the face at close range (We'll be testing that out. SnipHunter, get your face ready. ;D). Though, since it is C02 powered, we hope that doesn't happen. At worst, it'll be falling out of the sky onto someone's noggin since it'll be used more in a mortar fashion.

sweetness with the a4 thingy yeah when i registered, i told them that all i had as camo and that i cant go out and buy new stuff and they put me ont th us team. easy as that, and if you want to make sure youre on the us team, say that I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. with the muskegon airsoft network. I think a lot of people have done this to ensure we can all work together. derick

That's what I did, Derick, said I was with MAN. Thanks for that suggestion and letting us use the team name.

No problem. I can stick with the Columbians. Do they speak Spanish or Portugese?

They're in latin America, so they speak... Latin. (Thanks Dan Quayle!) They speak Spanish, far as I know. Make sure part of your equipment is a kilo of coke, frostee. You can use it as a smoke screen in a pinch.

you'll need your razor blade to cut it too!! ;D
EDIT: Are the columbians and Russians on the same side? I looked over the objectives and it has US and Terrorist.... Did I overlook something?
