You have a good point, and I agree that airsoft toys and MDairsoft have great prices to match the ones overseas, but I have had great luck with the places overseas. Maybe I'll have a rude awakening sometime, but our LK airsofting group hasn't had any problems with the dozens of guns we purchased from overseas, so I think I'll stick with the low, low prices of airsoft shop.

Set_follower, good choice. Remember that you will have to pay double shipping though. Also, the large battery that mdairsoft has is only a 1300mah.. not very good. It would be worth the extra $20 or $28 to get the 1800mah or 2000mah battery. The battery charger for $10 is a piece of crap, but if you want something that low end, it can be had at Radio Shack for about the same price, and Airsoft Toys will sell you one for $15. The hicap mag is only $2 difference.. so really after you figure in the difference in shipping, there wont be much of a difference, but I would recommend a better charger and at least a 1500mah battery.

Locutus, i have two of the large batteries that MD sells, and they are 1500 mah... they say so right on the cells.

If they are 1500mah, then that is good. But their site says 1300mah, so thats what I was going buy. I would verify prior to ordering. If bigmack is correct, thats a good deal. Either retailer, I think you will be happy.

He's talking about each individual cell, not the entire battery, follower! Each cell is 1.2 volts 1500 mAh, and when you line them all up, you have either an 8.4 volt battery (7 cells) or a 9.6 volt battery (8 cells).

Yell? Heh...I wasn't yelling at all. Now if you look at Joker's older posts where he types in all caps, that's yelling. ;D I was trying to say it in a nice way, in fact. I try to be the "newbie's friend" usually, I don't like yelling or making people mad anyway. Sorry for the confusion dude, sorry for making it sound like I was mad, but note the after that statement. Which batteries are 1.5 volts, by the way? ;D

Newman, typing in all caps is not the only thing that conveys how something is said, punctuation is a powerful thing.

THIS IS YELLING! Now back on topic; anybody got any gripes about gunsnguys.com? They seem to have good GBB prices, haven't checked AEGs.

About the only bad thing I've heard about them is that they don't take Paypal/Credit Cards. You have to pay them using a bank to bank money transfer, which can add quite a bit to your order cost. It really depends on your bank, but I've heard of $30 or so not being uncommon. If you're thinking of ordering from G&G, it might be more worthwhile to get a larger group order together to cut down on costs, as it would be expensive to order just one or two items with the fees. I know I'd like to add a couple things to your order...a P99 silencer is looking mighty tempting 8) Argh, just looked all over the site, and they don't have the Maruzen barrel/silencer combo listed Guess I could email them....or maybe get a G19 instead ;D

Minky,I thought there'd be a catch. their 93r 1stGen translates to 158 American dollars! That's still good though, you wouldn't be paying more than 200 total.
