My thanks go out to Paul and Tali for hosting the event. I had a great time. It was great to meet some guys from the forum: Frostee, Biggie, Talon, Tali, Paul, Jacko, Pathfinder. Pics to come soon. Sorry about the squeeze cheese on the forehead, Wookie.

I was only dissapointed I could only stay for the first mission and I did not even get to use my own gun.
It was fun though.

well, another great airsoft op under our belts! many thanks to paul and tali for doing a fine job and to all that were there for a nearly perfect day, weather and field conditions were the best and since it was the first op of the summer (at least for me,anyway) i got to test some new equipment that i had been waiting to put into combat. the Pryme throat mike system worked flawlessly and my new MP-5 SD-5 ran good all day plus it was the first op that i used all standard cap mags and boy did that lead to a change of tactics!! there were many good things to report on, the sportsmanship was exceptional and the younger guys the came up showed a level of ability and maturity that was well beyond their age! the landmines and the "bomb" were a nice touch and best of all, it was great (and an honor) to play along side the guys who are past and present military, whose experience i can surely learn from. the stories they bring from their travels are to say the least "interesting" and i thank you all for your service to your country!! looking forward to more of all that and as i'm tired and sore today, i must have had fun!!!

Yeah, That was really, really neat, to be able to have 2 airsofters that are currently in Iraq show up at our event. Different units, different jobs, but they both had leave at the same time and both made the decision to come out =)

Well, I think I saw plenty of action for being a reporter and oddly enough I think I killed more people then I usually am able to... Nice to know though everbody was aiming at me from the terriost side. Thanks to devildog and tailsman for hosting one of the most fun events I have been to the past year. I am looking forward to the next op. I have 206 pictures that came out. I will burn them to cd and pass them on to tailsman.

Excellent day, gentlemen. First of all, I'd like to say once again, that I tip my hat to everyone in attendance. We didn't have any bitching *whatsoever* about people not calling hits, cheating, or whatever. That goes a long way towards making a great event. Tali, DD, and the rest of MTASC - y'all put together a good day of airsofting...pat yourselves on the back. With the exception of the final scenario (a slight miscalculation), everything was very well-balanced, and worked great. I had a great time, despite not being able to play with my own gun, what with my M4 still being in pieces all over the living room. It was kinda neat being able to play with my teammates as an entire side of the engagement, rather than just being a squad, and it was a good time playing with some of the younger kids...you boys carried yourselves well, played hard, and earned some of my respect. Good job. I had a riot blasting people with Snip's L96 in the last game (sorry again about the cheek, Rogue ), and the field was very, very interesting with all the ferns around. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with for round 2. Looking forward to it

Awesome day MTASC. It was a great day of airsofting with good sportsmanship all the way around. I too would like to specifically point out the maturity the younger players showed. I look forward to meeting you all in the field again.
And a big thank you to Talisman for giving us a place to rest.
Bring on the pics!

Ya as a reporter, I got to experience the game as more of a spectator, although I had my Mk23 almost always in my hand. Also got to see a "different" side of GK, haha. It was a fun event and although we coulda had some on-site cooking it was overall an excellent event. Hats off to Tally and DD good job guys. Videos should be up before weeks end, if I can get to it
