I'm looking to upgrade my JG M16 into a DMR. My budget is $250 but I can be a bit flexible with it if need be. The specs I'm going for are -450fps -250-300ft range -Permanent semi-auto (to meet MIA fps rules)
I already have a scope and bipod, I'm just looking for internal upgrades, but if you have any suggestions for external parts, please tell.
Also, does the Burst wizard mosfet count as permanent semi-auto, if not, how would I go about doing that?

Permanent semi auto is pretty straight forward: miairsoft.proboards.com/thread/25907/converting-aeg-semi-autoAnd my suggestion for everything else; -double o-ring cylinder head -double o-ring air nozzle -Appox. M140 spring -torque motor, look into possibly JG Blue, Lonex, I'm pretty sure others will pitch in with motor suggestions. -metal sling guide(If not metal already) -metal bushings(if not metal already) And for hop up/barrel: -6.03 tightbore(if you have funds and see it fit) -R-hop and a hop up unit tuned for it. I may have missed some things or included something might not have been too critical. But this is what I would think of and consider. But do keep in mind this is just what I might have done. I wasn't looking around to keep tabs on the price though. But along with those, I would recommend gettin the gearbox shimmed, greased, and probably a sorbo installed, and the piston modified to work with the AoE. I could price things out later and can update this post once I get the time and look through everything.

Flat Hop is a good option as well if you don't want to take the time to mess with R-Hop. Flat Hop is like installing any other nub and bucking, however, the nub has a flat edge. Same concept, but an easier install. I am pushing 390fps, and getting about 210ft of useable range, about 230 maximum.

Thanks, I didn't know it was that simple Flat Hop is a good option as well if you don't want to take the time to mess with R-Hop. Does the flat hop need a special hop-up unit, or will the stock one be fine with it?

Flat hops are pretty much a moundless bucking and a special nub. They can be used in any hop up unit.
