WA is the king of everything 1911, I say go with that. Besides, single stack grips are more comfortable to me.

Since you're already looking at Glocks, my TM Glock 17 is fantastic. I'd go for a TM Glock 19 if you could get your hands on one.

I can't decide. 4.3: full working, nice "coffee" finish, $150 M1911: needs o-ring and maybe new recoil spring, full size and nice looking grips, $99. One day I like one the next day I'm absolutely the other.

Internally they're going to be nearly identical (depending on what SCW version they are, but they're all about the same anyway). If you're deciding between the two WAs, get whichever one you like the style of more. Keep in mind though, that WA mags are expensive, so if you ever want to get a couple more, it'll likely run you another $50-$60 a pop.

The KJW 1911 Tactical is pretty solid. It is a solid full metal construction, very comfortable hand-grip, green gas will last the whole 22+1 mag on most days (double stack magazine), won't break the bank, and shoots right under 350 fps consistently.

Those are pretty hard to come by. If you do manage to find one spare mags might be a problem.

Sorry, but I kinda already had a list there... Thanks for the suggestion, but I think I would rather have a WA or TM 1911, if I even choose the 1911 model right now(anybody have first hand experience with a TM five seven?). Posted by TheEnd on Yesterday at 7:07pm Really? Now that I researched it I have found you are right. Thank you. And I have checked, TM five seven magazines are available(their even on evike o.0), TM 1911 magazines(I think), and I'm sure I could find WA mags somewhere.

I've held one and used one. I get that the real one is all polymer too, but the plastic felt very flimsy and prone to scratching and damage. The inner barrel IS the outer barrel, which to me is just asking for damage. True to TM standards though, it threw those 8mm slugs pretty fuckin' far. It's an alright gun that would have been amazing if the fit and finish weren't so sub par.

If it was 8mm, then that would have been the Marushin 5-7 Ghast. To my knowledge, TM has never made anything 8mm. Which, it gets even more confounded because Marushin also makes a 6mm version.

There are two things I don't know for sure, what make GreyFox's pistol is, and if I'm recalling correctly that it was 8mm. I'm pretty sure it was though.

Marushin makes a 6mm and 8mm model. I heard the finish is a bit plastic feeling and... lacking?

I have a TM 5-7 with the FDE frame, it is a great little pistol, gets rounds out there far. I would use duster gas in it, since it is all plastic. On propane it shoots 275 so on duster it should be around 240-250. It is also extremely accurate. I would get a ksc or TM glock though if I were to get another pistol.
