Sorry, no camping on site. There is a camp ground not too far from the field though if you are looking for accomodations on the cheap.

To our Michigan brothers, We have little over 3 weeks remaining for Operation: SAFARI STRIKE! registration. This is one event you don't want to miss! We look forward to seeing all of you at the event Regards, Erock www.airsoftcleveland.com -------------------------------------------------------------------- EVENT UPDATE - 4/20/05We have updated the Official Operation:SAFARI STRIKE! Website with event ammo/mag limits. Info is as follows: AMMO/MAGAZINE LIMITS – ALL players may choose (1) of the following options: 680 round MAX limit in ANY configuration of standard magazines. (30,68,80 rounds each) 680 round MAX limit in ANY configuration of mid-cap magazines. (i.e. G&P 100,110,130,150 rounds each) Standard + mid-cap assortment = ANY configuration not to exceed a 680 round MAX limit. (1) – High-Capacity magazine. If you choose your load out to include a hi-cap magazine, you are only permitted to carry ONE. Your load out is then not to exceed a maximum of 600 rounds. Example, you use a MP5 hi-cap (200 rounds), you then can make up the difference in ANY combination of standards or mid-caps. If you own an AK and choose to use a hi-cap, you are already at the 600 round limit with just ONE hi-cap. In addition, ALL players may carry on additional loose ammo and loading tools in the field. Loading tools may be manual or battery powered. Note: Hi-caps must be manual winding ONLY. Drums, W-MAGS, and AUTO WINDERS will NOT be permitted. Although we do recognize that many players may have a sufficient load out of standard magazines, MANY players still do not. These rules are in place so as not to restrict high-cap only players from taking part in this event. However, with the transition to a more MIL-SIM style of play, future events may be more restrictive on the use of hi-capacity magazines. Squad Automatics (which include the following; M60 variants, M249 variants, RPK) will carry a maximum capacity of 1200 rounds. M249 auto winding ammo boxes are permitted for use. ALL players may carry an unlimited amount of pistol magazines. ALL players equipped with an M203, or other style grenade launcher may carry an unlimited amount of bb grenade shells. Stay tuned to the Official Operation:SAFARI STRIKE! Website for news, updates, and other event related information.

How many are registered? 76, just looked.
And how many total prizes being offered as of now. Also, if you have already won a prize, can you win another?
Also, what payments are accepted (Money orders, Paypal, ect)? I looked, but only saw Paypal and no address for it.
Also, are you allowed to bring more then one gun. I don't mean use more then one at once though, meaning could I bring every gun I own, but use only say 1 AEG and 2 GBBs?
Also, say a teammate is shy of being 16 by just a month, or a little more. Would he be allowed to play? Or is a strict 16 the day of the OP or you can't play policy?

Wildcard, Of course we have no problem with participants bringing more than one AEG to the event, however if you mean CARRYING them both out in the field this will not be permitted. We have no problem "swapping" between AEG's during the event, say for example if you head over to your out-of-bounds respawn point and change weapons, but carrying more than one (primary) AEG will not be permitted. As with real life, troops will be permitted to carry a primary and secondary weapon. Secondary being a pistol. Pistols may also be select-fire such as G18's etc. Merrick, We are working on scaling for the final maps. AndewMP5K2005, The current sponsor/prize list can be viewed at www.airsoftcleveland.com/event_sponsors.htm ... In addition, Airsoft Extreme ( www.airsoftextreme.com ) is providing the following: 1 G&G GR16A2 (AEG) 2 IBD Products 3 point EZ slings 2 Guarder WC drop leg mag pouches Assorted AEX caps As a participant you will receive 1 raffle ticket and 1 chance of winning. ALL participants must be PRESENT to accept prizes. Payment is accepted through PayPal. Remember, you do not need a PayPal membership to pay securely with any debit or major credit card through PayPal. The address is NOT openly listed on the website, as we request players to follow the simple "shopping cart" style payment method. After you register, you may follow the links to "Pay Now" or come back to the registration page to pay later. Simply click on the "Pay Now" button next to YOUR name and follow the prompts. As stated on the website, if you are paying for more than yourself, please leave a note with your payment stating who the other payments are for (name/callsign). Once we have received and verfied your payment, your registration will be updated to "confirmed" on the list. Please click the following link to check your payment status and to submit payments. Remember, payments must be received by the MAY 14th deadline.I believe your loadout question has been answered already in this message. Players are permitted to carry (1) Primary and (1) Secondary weapon. Primary = assault rifle, subgun, support weapon, sniper rifle. Secondary = pistols (including select-fire). We do appologize, however the hard age limit for the event is 16 yrs of age. No exceptions will be made. Remember, player registration packs will include (2) waivers. One is a minor waiver (which requires notarization if the parent is not present day of the event). Basically, either a parent is present to sign the waiver, or you bring a completed and notarized waiver with you to the event. No player under the age of 18 will be permitted to play without this form properly filled out, signed by parent IN PERSON, or notarized in advance. These waivers will also be made available for download directly off the website VERY soon. These rules are a legal requirement of the establishment as well as Airsoft Cleveland. We do STRESS compliance as we wouldn't want to turn anyone away day of the event for not following them. Thanks and looking forward to seeing ALL of you JUNE 4th! Troops, There are only about 10 days left for registration, so get registered and get paid! Right now, including Team TAC, we've got 97 players signed up! US forces are a little light, players that haven't registerd, please consider the US option. Mission info, team forums, and other details will be released following the registration deadline. Note: If you are already registered, please be sure to sign up on the forums located HERE. Be sure to use the same callsign you registered with for the event. Shortly after the close of registration, individual force (US/Rebels) private forums will be opened. Team TAC cannot stress the following enough. Operation: Safari Strike! will be held at a commercial field. Due to that fact, players must sign the Pinnacle Woods waiver. All players are required to sign a waiver and players under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian and notarized (if parent will not be on hand). NO exceptions. A link to both waivers will be provided following the registration deadline. Here's the information on the waivers. If you are 18 yrs of age or older, waivers MUST be completed in advance and ready to turn in at time of arrival. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST complete the "Minor" waiver. If you are under 18, your parent may sign if they are present with you day of event. If your parent will not be at the event, you MUST get the waiver NOTARIZED by a NOTARY PUBLIC.[/i] This is a simple process that can be done at most banks, libraries, or other establishments who have a notary public on hand. The notary simply witnesses your parents signature, then signs and certifies the waiver with his or her seal. If you are under 18 yrs of age, you will NOT be permitted to play without either bringing your parent, or a properly notarized waiver. Remember, ID's will be verified. www.airsoftarms.com/Airsoft Arms has announced that they will be attending OP: Safari Strike! and selling goods. Furthermore, Airsoft Arms has added a "Pick Up at Safari Strike" option to their shipping methods. You can now place an order with them and pick it up at the event www.airsoftextreme.com Airsoft Extreme just delivered a very nice box of prizes for the raffle. AEX has provided: 1) G&G GR16A2 AEG! IBD Products 3 point EZ slings Guarder WC drop leg mag pouches AEX caps, as well as a shirt sponsorship! www.affordableairsoft.com Affordable Airsoft has also generously provided a KWC Two Tone GBB Desert Eagle with case. The EXCITEMENT is really building around here! I have just seen a sneak peek at the submitted t-shirt design, and they look GREAT! So once again, if you haven't already registered, do it! This is one event I promise you won't want to miss We look forward to seeing ALL of you JUNE 4th! Regards, Erock www.airsoftcleveland.comClick HERE to register!
