I've seen Navy SEALs on the discovery channel wearing these in CQB. I think I may get some in the future. Any comments? They say they are protective enough for something like a BB (fragments in CQB: Ballistics). www.warsurplus.com/wiley.html

hmmm, I'd get some Bolle or other tactical goggles if you're willing to spend that much on glasses. I just don't trust anything that doesn't have a complete seal on the face. All it takes is one BB to make it past the glasses and start bouncing around, and you're in for a world of hurt...

I know Minky I was thinking of that to. I think I'll stick with my UT goggles I got off my old paintball mask.

Me and a few guys in my crew use those (or knock-off's). We don't have the tinted kind because we often play in indoor games. The clear ones look alright but the tinted/mirror ones look really sweet!
They were $10/$12. They came in a case with a neck strap. I found them at a hardware store (so they deffinetly were know-offs, but they look almost the same).
Great for airsoft.

Great for airsoft as long as you don't care about losing an eye.

When I was in AZ I used those type of glasses but after the last skirmish seeing the bb getting into Trooper’s goggles ( a million in one shot! ) I think I am going to stick to sealed goggles.

Those do look like pretty cool glasses but for 36 bucks you could buy a paintball mask that provides more protection. Or you could pay a little more and go for a gas mask because they provide a lot of protection and never fog up.

I hear that people poke holes or cut slits in the gas mask to make it easier to breathe. It will help you be more silent...but it can't be used as a real gas mask thought, it'll be just a prop.

Bah, guilt would force you to give your mask to some kid or attractive chick.

They are pretty cheap now that the anthrax scare has died down so you can buy 2 masks for about 25 bucks.
