What is the best "poor man" or cheap Red Dot sight out there? I went to OP: Fallen Angle ( fun time:D ;D ) and there were a bunch or Red Dots but I didn't catch the brand. Are there some that come with a rail for a M16/M4? I was told that some Red Dots are at Wall Mart. My price range is around $20-$40.

BSA is probably the best brand you'll find. Excellent price/quality.

not doubting the quality of BSA.....(we sell em too) I have been using the tasco aforementioned, and have had no problems with it and I use one on my .45 USC also.

Andy I'm confused as to why you want the M16 mount. You have an MP5...?

an m4 has a built-in sight rail...you don't need one. if you need one for an M-16, you can get one at the Sportsmans guide for about 10 bucks.

That sure looks like the front sight is in the way to me....
You can always buy a real-steel riser mount for cheap though if it's in the way too much.

The front site does NOT get in the way. I've fired both (without carry handle and with) and I can assure you that the front site does not effect your aiming at all.
