Sorry to double post!! ;D

Well, we have run into a SNAFU with the state land! The DNR is being stingy since it's two days before opening day of fire arms season and won't give me the required permit!!

I have solved this problem though!! We will be playing on twenty acres of private land 2.5 miles away from where we were gonna play. The terrain is somewhat the same. When I get done editing the ariel photo, I'll post it. It has a good mix of hardwoods (some thick), pines an dopen area. The boundries will be marked and a walk through will be conducted with before the game starts!!

Here is a run down of the playing are.. It's roughly 800 feet wide and 2500 feet deep. He is an ariel photo...



I just did a walk thru the other night... The woods are nice and thick near the Southern end of the property. There are trails throughout since there was a fire a few years ago. The picture is from 1994 and doesn't reflect any of the new trails.

I'm still working on the map.. It will be ready by game day! I will also have several maps laminated and available for each team!!

EDIT: New players added!! Looks like this is going to be an excellent event!! Remember to prepay to avoid the $10 charge at the door!!!

Well, one of the people driving from the TC area might not be able to make it, and there are a couple of complications, so we will have to see what happens. I will confirm if we are comming or not by the end of next week.
