Is anyone going to have BB's for sale there, or should i plan on ordering some prior? (nevermind, got an answer)
Also - I've got a teammate without a gun... Anyone gonna have an extra that he could borrow/rent (if we dont find him one prior)?

We are one week away and everything is looking good. Make sure that you designate who is going to be a medic for your squad. One medic for every ten players. The medic will receive a kit for determining casualties. They will also receive an medic arm badge. The SOF will not have the luxury of medics which may be a good bargaining point to gain favor with them in the heat of a fire fight.

If you are planning on on-site registration, please note that we should have extra OPCG T-Shirts available for you to purchase for $6.00.

Weather for Saturday is looking good! [UPDATED] Wunderground says that it'll be in the upper-50°F to mid-60°F mark, partly cloudy, with very little chance of rain. Should be perfect for a day of Airsoft. It's warmer than previously predicted, but you still may want to bring an extra coat for in between games, so the drying sweat doesn't chill you too quickly. It's not supposed to be too windy, either. I'm excited for this one, eager to represent the German Army. If anyone needs but does not have a German uniform, I have an extra overcoat, size L/XL. It's not flectarn, it's a solid olive-drab officer's coat, with German flags on the shoulders. Should work in a pinch if we need more team-members. You supply the pants!

Hey, Dutch, I seem to have missed the address/driving directions. Any chance you could post them here?

DIRECTIONS:
The property is located on Sternberg Rd. between Quarterline Rd & Airline Rd. - there is no formal address since it is vacant land.
I96 Westbound - take Airline Rd. Exit - turn left - come to a 4-way stop - turn right - turn left onto Sternberg Rd. (you will see a Port-O-John facility on your left as soon as you turn onto Sternberg) - go over I96 - you will see a blueberry farm on your RH side - turn right by the "Signature Associates" real estate sign.
US31 - take Sternberg Rd. Exit - head East on Sternberg Rd. (you will see The Lakes Mall) - pass Quarterline Rd. - you will see a blueberry farm on your LH side - turn left by the "Signature Associates" real estate sign.
The Great Lakes Downs is the star on the following link which is very close to the property.
I be will unavailable until tomorrow - look forward to seeing everybody. Forecast does not predict any rain. If you have someone who is planning on coming at the last minute, bring him along and pay on-site for $25.

After a refreshing shower, I'd like to post and say I had a blast. It's always great to hang out and play with ACO and SOCOM (The first time we played that I wasn't looking at you through my sights, Savage!), and ^mm. Militia all the way from OH. I really enjoyed meeting a lot of you for the first time outside of the forums and talking with various people throuhout the day. I never did get shot when I was taking photos, so big thanks for that! Also, enkidu, I swear I'll get you some photos of the AT4 sometime so you can make that bigass thing look even more badass than it sounds.
I did end up taking maybe 15 photos before the light got too dark (You guys wouldn't have cared if I used the flash on you, right? Riiiight.) and I hope to get those processed on Monday, we'll see if anything came out.

Well, I just got home myself and want to say thank you to everyone who came out, it was an AT-4 blast! It was nice to finally meet my brethren, Team SBD. By the way, the shirts look great, dutch! It was nice to finally meet a lot of you guys (and girls). I was a little late, unfortunalty, due to directions. But if we ever play there again, I'll know how to get there! (laf, I'm not the only one who ended up in Nunica! No worries, though It was nice to see the famed AT-4 launcher that enkidu built, I shuttered every time it fired! And the SOFs were a nice little addition to the game, really got things going. Thanks again to the guys at SBD, which I guess I can now say I am a part of (pending investigation). Hope to see you all real soon, thanks for the fun! - Car

Finally back from OP: CG, and I must say I had a blast. Congrats to ACO and GK for a well-run and exciting Op. Thanks to whoever humped my AT4 back to the assembly area after I dumped it in a field during the middle of the main game. My back had just about given up! And sorry to all the guys who were on my team but I shot anyway. I especially liked the pistols/shotguns only set of games. It was a nice set of quick action between more major games. It still feels like I'm wearing my helmet and goggles, though. A weird, ghosty feeling. And my hands are sunburned and covered with scratches and embedded nettles. All in a days work in the German Army. Hail Germany! Love and fear die Bundeswehr! My digital camera photos came out pretty well. Here's a teaser image: More later.

Enkidu - lemme know if that picture you took of me during the night game comes out... Me want ;-p
(good thought on that too, surprised the hell outta me)
I'll also toss in my thanks, to everyone that went and had a good time. ACO/GK especially, for organizing the op, of course. Shirts are great, and also I'd like to send a thank you out to whomever was handing out the american flag pins... Sorry I didn't catch your name, but that'll be displayed on my gear for as long as it lasts.
We've got some pictures too, they'll be up on the website in about a year. (<3 dialup)
EDIT : Ooo, and thanks for listening to some of our concerns at the end of gaming, ryan... That shows a lot of class =)
