That was Snip's little bro with the Mp5K-M4 stock, Minky. He felt embarrased afterwards that he realized he was lighting up the hostages, so he's sorry. ;D

Hmm, I don’t know, if I had to rate the day I would have rated it a 9. I really enjoyed playing there, I agree sure the scenarios could have been a little longer, but I thought they were really well put together and thought out, I don’t know how some of you guys can think they were thrown together in haste. There was one game where my team especially had trouble understanding our role in a scenario but in all fairness that was due to us talking in the corner while Mike was explaining what we were doing. Best of all I was never bored, after our game id head out to my car to reload and Clayton or Mike would yell Semtex up next, the downtime wasn’t bad at all in my opinion. As for the drive maybe I didn’t mind it that much since it’s only about an hour and fifty minutes from my house, (hour and 10 minutes if caravan could have kept up). And it seems like I am solo when saying I didn’t have any trouble with slipping in the paint, and really I didn’t get all that “dirty” w/ paint on my gear. Paintball paint is water based so it washes right out of clothing anyway, and as for the guns and what not my guns cleaned up with a simple rag, not even wet. I was surprised how well my jungle boots gripped in the paint I had zero slippage the entire day; I thought the swat style boots would be superior but I guess not. Aside from the last skirmish (elimination) where Jacko, Frostee and myself trapped the enemy team inside the building by barricading the door with barrels and sticks with Jacko acting as a human weight in the end ultimately to be killed by our own team at the end (errrmmmhrmmm Mike ) my favorite scenario was a VIP extraction from one end of the building out to the other and into the APC. *takes a huge breath* Nice run on sentence aye? Semtex did a awesome job clearing out the tangos in our path and then laying down heavy cover fire so the VIP could make it to the APC unharmed. For a team that has had zero CQB practice I think we executed that mission flawless. I believe my kill stats were something like: 9 confirmed / 4 deaths / 2 confirmed friendly kills. If I would have had my AK at the game I’m sure it would have been something like 75% tango kills, 25% friendly kills, 0% deaths. ;D

Great feedback guys, I really appreciate it! I have talked with the owner, because we used to get 4.5 hours for that price, so I don't know how that got slipped in on us, but I am negotiating the other two indoor events to have longer times (4 hours) We normally let the ref guy run thru his safety speil and then we take over and do the airsoft specific stuff, that one was on me, because about halfway thru the second game, I realized I forgot to have everyone chrono (usually we do) and we didn't read the MiA rules either (2 strikes on mike) my apologies for any welting that occured due to my error.... usually its just the fact of being shot from 5 feet away in the soft spots that gets you thinking someone is using a upgraded BB injector... (it happened to me too) As far as the scenarios, we try and work with the building that we have, to keep things moving. We planned out the scenarios the week prior and revamped a few of the variables on the spot to fit the buiding and number of players (building is never quite like I remember it from the previous time, we used this facility one other time before) The Holland Locale we actually have building floor plans to hand out for strategy and planning in some of the scenarios. The time limits were set to help avoid camping, which has been the prolonger of many a game, plus it would minimize the wait for the teams sitting out. Think Dynamic! I talked with a LEO who works with the TRT in our area and he said they practice the dynamic entry and takedown and it is over in like 30 seconds max! I agree with the mess aspect, the place is wringing with paint, but until clayton & I buy the all new indoor tactical simulation setup and airsoft storefront extravaganza, we are pretty much stuck with the indoor paintball places... for the winter, they also have the insurance to cover us in case of any injuries. We have talked with a few of the abandonded factories around here and so far no luck (liability concerns, and paintball field insurance is like $2500/yr) But we haven't given up on the idea... Overall, felt that it went pretty good with a total of 42 guys showing up. regrets: forgot to chrono forgot some of the breifing forgot the CAMERA!!! anybody get any digi pics, email em and I will post them on the site. Thanks again for the input!

Sorry guys, I only took a couple pics near the end of the day. I'm wishing I could have taken more from some of the indoor battles, but with hostages being shot to smitherines I figured it would have been even worse for a photographer. Not the best shots, but eh...it's all I have. Click me: 1234567I REALLY wish I could have had my picture taken with those sexeh MTASC bitches! Loved the gear Gentlemen! Thanks again to Wolverine Tactical for another great game!

ha... it was funny when they'd speed up and try not to look like they were looking! They probably thought the militia was getting ready for war I have nothing else to say

That's not funny. The last airsoft event I was at, we had 8 Warren cops come in on us, guns drawn, yelling at us to get on the ground. You guys are VERY lucky.
EDIT- Biggy you were there too man! Come on! Of all people... ;D

Was this the airsoft 'event' that was held inside of a construction area, Sick? ;D I'd say the cops would be pretty quick to realize that we were playing at a paintball field and not decide we were some sort of militia in training (To say nothing of the uniform inconsistencies and rather young age of a few participants).
BTW, was anyone else dreading having that mom there the entire time?

most people are sensible enough (at least gun owners) that when there is no report, there isn't a weapon being fired. no sound=no combustion

So... it's not a matter of people hearing the weapons being fired, it's the matter of seeing 8 grown men with automatic weapons and tac gear storming a house. Ya wanker. Don't make me come down to Atlanta Bread and throw things at you. I know I've been saying that for about a year now but I might actually do it now.

::sob:: no real good pictures of me? Oh well, do appreciate the sexah MTASC-ness being there, and I bet the rest of the team feels the same way (how do you like the patches?)
Overall I feel it was a success. I do prefer the M40 building in Holland over the area at Saugatuck. This place was really cramped, really messy, and smelled strange in parts. The mud and the cold was almost unbearable. Was great to see the westsiders again, and meet up after a long hiatus from playing with the south-easterners, though I didn't get a chance to shoot Bigmack....which ruined the day for me ;D
