I would like to know if a 350 fps gun could pierce the skin or make any kind of damage without a mask on? (for my dad)

It could make you bleed from close ranges with minimal clothing on, sure. My SR-16, at 360 FPS, made me bleed when shot in the back from 15 feet, with just a t-shirt on. Airsoft guns aren't toys, just keep that in mind.

I've been hit with 550 fps on bare skin and it won't make you bleed, but i have been hit with 275 fps and have slightly bled from welts. It all depends on range and where you are hit.
You shot yourself in the leg on purpose? People like you shouldn't own airsoft guns.... or anything sharp.

no it was just a 30 dollar spring pistol UHC and i made a video of me and a friend drawing a target on our legs and shooting at it.
P.S.- I would not do that with a stronger gun

At an ACO game at their CQB place in Ionia, I was shot "up close and personal" by an M4. Since MIA's CQB rules stipulate that 360 fps is that maximum velocity for an arm's length engagement, I am assuming that the gun was shooting under that (the owner assured me that it was at or under 350).
Anyway, I took 8 rounds on the bare flesh of my arm from a range of less than 3 feet. Consequently, I had 8 little round bleeding sores from where the pellets broke the skin. The scabs I had for the next few weeks were pretty gruesome. I still have scars, although I'd imagine that they'll fade over time.
To reiterate: airsoft replica are not toys.
