I got a P99 HFC today from ebay for 30.00 and I fired six shots through it and the triger wont work, Or at least it cocked and wont fire. I didnt drop it or any thing so I know it isnt my fault that it wont fire.Im just really dissapointed, I was planning on getting into the airsoft sport but ot if I have these kinds of thing to look forward to. The gun dosent even have screws to take it appart and try to fix the problem. What a bummer. Thanks for any help. Oh yeah, Im Dave a tattoo artist from Grand Rapids (alto right now/girlfriends house).

Yeah I looked at it under a lamp real close because some thing was bouncing around inside the frame that wasnt before, it was a arm that came off a nub (IF that make ANY sence at all) and all I had to do was slip it back on and it fires.
WOW this thing is cool looking but CHEEPLY made. I have nothing else to say. Where would be a better place to start for a more high end pistol? Ive got a friend that wants to have a "show down" and Im itching to sting him.
I cant use my PT-80 Gamo pellet pistol because of the danger factor but if I had another plastic bb pistol I would show him how to lose real fast,he he he,Yeah the high end pistol would be for me.... ;D

Go to wolverine or online and get a Tokyo Marui Sping pistol. 30-50 bucks depending on where you get it from but they shoot .2 or .25 with hop up very far and accuratly. I would recommend the glock,USP,Beretta, or if you like bigger ones the SOCOM MK23 which has a rail and threaded barrel for silencer attachment and laser and or flashlight mounting.

Ive noticed the (fake) plastic silencer dosent look as cool on this gun as i thought it would. Is there any other advantages other than sound deadining with a silencer, and can I get a gun into a holster with a silencer with out it being a problem I plan on haveing a cross draw vest and a couple leg holsters?
I do like this one though (HFCP99) I had my girl friend shoot me with it and it stung a little at 18 ft., nothing all that bad, I can see this will have to be a close quarter gun.
I like the look and abundance of the springer glocks. I will probly end up buying every thing I can get my hands on. I also like the AEG's. a couple of those are defanintly in order! Thos Ill probly do a lot of research on first before I buy one, But this site has given me a ton of starting points and places and guns that a noob like my self should start out with.
Im gonna try to get a friend or two involved in this because it's a pretty interesting sport. I look forward to playing with (killing and getting killed by) you guys this summer.
I dont think Ill do much messing around in the winter, Gives me time to buy weapons and stock pile ammo. And of cource pick up some military gear.
Between this new hobby and my Caprice SS I should stay broke from here on out.
I also have a Caprice Classic Im turning into a SS (some thing similar to the chevey 94-96 Impala SS).
The look of a gun (pistol or other wise) looks tough as all get out with scopes and lasersights! So Im sure all of my weapons will have either lights or lasers, and scopes. Ecept my main pistol, Ive noticed that the sight thing I have that was a add on with my HFC P99 is more of a hinderance than gain.

It was part of the trigger actuator (just my version of what its called) If you have a HCF P99 and look down in it with the slide open then youll see a small thin peice of metal with a hole in the end of it towards the front of the pistol that goes over a peg that comes out of the right top side of the trigger. Any how the metal arm slid off (probly due to the safty) and all I had to do was slip it back on with a thin flat head screw driver and its fine but ill have to figure some thing out to make it never do that again.
I'de hate to come into a situation where I need it (close quarters fire fight) and have that thing slip off. I also plan on removing the safty. he he he, live dangerously!I have nothing else to say...

So far I've Enjoyed the stories OF fire fights and what not Ive read and they all sound like a good time comming.
Ive always got into the military aspects of things but just never thought enough of paintball to try it, the guns were just to "fake" looking. But with these new guns as a better option I think it will be some thing I get into for a long time.
