I have absolutly TORN between 2 guns. I either want a M733 or a MP5 PDW. I orginally wanted the M733 but after I got to play with Knief's MP5 PDW, I wanted to get a PDW and also upgrade the hell outta it. Now I can't decide between the M733 or the PDW. Can anyone help me out?

What ever you like more. The M733 has a little bit of a longer barrel. They both are good quality guns and can be upgraded about the same. Id say you should play with a PDW and a M4 or M733 to see what you like more. If you get one and you dont like it as much you can always sell it on the boards and get the other.

It depends on your playing style, really. If you plan on playing more CQB type games, then go ahead and pick up the PDW. I, personally, wouldn't use a PDW over an M4 variant (and I HATE m4 variants) simply because I play outdoor games. To me, the PDW doesnt *feel* like an outdoor gun. It's too damn small ;p
Overall tho, the guns are going to preform just about the same. ROF and effective range may be a bit off, but that's normal with every production gun. Go with whatever suits you better, whichever one you think looks better, and whichever one works for the situations that you find yourself in. And, like Hotel said - If you buy one and find you dont like it, you can always sell it and get another one ;p OR just buy both ;D
(edit = spelling.... late night es guud)

psst, buy the PDW If you do go the PDW route and you want to upgrade it, you will HAVE to use an external battery rig. And you will HAVE to rewire it to the rear of the gun. If you don't mind either of those, than the PDW is still in the running for you. I could help you rewire and upgrade the thing. Newman and I were able to rewire it in about an hour or two, but that included us figuring how the hell we could do it. And doing upgrades would only take another 30 minutes or so once we already have the gun apart. Of course all that hinges on you liking the PDW better than the M733. If you'd rather have the M733, then you can completely ignore just about everything I've said.

One thing I can offer as an MP5 owner, is that mag storage is a PITA. It's so easy to find M16 mag pouches...but if you want to carry a reasonable amount of ammo for an MP5, it's considerably tougher to find a way to stow it all securely.
