Hey, I own an upgraded aps 2 ex and was considering buying an APS type 96. I know the cylinders are different, but could I just buy a new cylinder and swap out my piston, spring, spring guide and possibly my zero trigger to upgrade the 96? Thanks in advance..

Honestly, you might want to look into buying a Carrot stock, since it'll save you the cost of a new cylinder and all you have to do is seperate the APS2 EX from it's stock and slap it on the Carrot stock.

What he said.
You'd also save a bit of money with the Carrot stock over a full L96, and still have the "look".
