I wouldn't mind seeing the rules of this thread used, but c'est la vie.

I received the following response from Mike and Gabe about feet per second/engagement limits for Operation: Wolverine Fury. 1-360 fps Arms length
361-410, 25 yards limit
411-550, 40 yards limit - bolt action or permanent semi-auto only
551+ Prohibited
These are with .20 BB'sGenerally when it says "yards" one would assume thats what it meant. Luke

We figured everyone at one point in their lives had seen a football field and might have a frame of reference with that. Or if you are a bowhunter, you probably sighted in at 20 yards not 60 feet.......

This is going to be awesome! The FPS rules sound good too (thank god for 360 and not 350fps)... ;D
Also, I checked weather.com and it is already forcasting storms and rain that whole weekend and week before (crappy ass michigan weather...) What happens if it rains... I know paintball guns are fine in rain (in fact the 2001 monster game was awesome with storms and mud) but I can't see taking an uninsulated AEG into the rain.

IF it totally is going to Downpour all weekend we will try and make a call on that by THURSDAY NIGHT. and we will reschedule the event (refunding for those who can't make the new date/time)
This will be a last resort scenario, so plan on coming even if it is sprinkling a little (AEG's won't melt......)

Enh, a week in advance is too early to predict Michigan weather... Besides, black trash bags were already part of my loadout.

Actually AEGs are very well protected against rain… now setting your AEG in a puddle is another thing.
