So im buying Crye for the first and last time so I wanna get it right. Since we live in the ever lovely state of MI where one minute theres green everywhere to nothing but dead tan foliage the next day im wanting to get some second opinons on what to get due to the diffrent types of fields we have here. The 2 types I have it narrowed down to are MC Arid and MC Tropic, Which there a pros and cons of each such as time of year and where im playing in MI. What I want to know is which camo would better be suited for year round ( Besides winter ) use. So if you guys could please give me your input thatd be greatly appreciated!

Why not original Multicam, which is specifically designed to work in multiple environments and which we all know works well in both summer and fall here?

If you are picking one of those just to use something different pick which ever one you think looks better. You'll find locations and situations were each of those camos will succeed and fail.

CJA is absolutely right. The Tropic would work well at a place like Hole in the Wall all summer long. The Arid would be better in the tall grass fields at No Limits, especially early and late in the season. Go with whichever you like best (Arid, of course, is the better looking of the two). If you want one that is more effective throughout the year and at all of the fields in Michigan, you really do have to go with the original.

I just want to warn you that Crye's shipping times can be abysmal. Depending on what you order you can wait anywhere from two weeks to several months.

Everything is not made to order, they just get extremely backordered due to high demand from both military contracts and civilian orders.
