A part of my pretty much brand new KWC Desert Eagle broke and KWC wont send me the part without a outrageous $18 shipping for a $1.50 part, I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed and thought a company like this would value their customers.

KWC has customer service? I guess you don't know KWC very well.

Airsoft manufacturers provide customer service? I guess you don't know airsoft manufacturers very well.
KWC is located in Taiwan. Of course shipping is going to be ridiculous.
What is the part number of the component you need to source? Maybe someone on this forum could help you out.

I might have you confused with somebody else.... But it could have broke from doing all the mag dumps, racking the hell out of the slide, and rapid firing holding down the slide lock. Most airsoft pistols don't hold up to abuse like that.

Yeah, Squirrel is spot on. I learned the hard with with my old WE 1911, racked the slide so many times that the slide catch no longer functioned properly a month later. My KJW seems to be holding up a ton better, though. Had it for close than a year now and functions just as well as it did on day 1. Co2 mags still don't work for shit though, but I never really planned on running 12g co2 cartridges anyways. Propane is the way to go.
Also, I don't know what kind of gas you are using, but I would steer clear from anything other than green gas or propane. (Propane is WAY cheaper than green gas.) I wouldn't recommend using Co2 extensively, as you WILL wear your gun out faster. Same goes for red gas if you can even find it still.

Same goes for red gas if you can even find it still. Pretty sure that shit's illegal to even have anymore.

Slightly off topic, but on the topic of lubing propane, Airsoft Innovations has a new pump where you can lube the entire can of propane in one go, so you don't have to worry about over or under lubing the adapter.

I saw this! I think it's a great idea and is actually in my cart already. I'm just waiting on the other crap I need to buy before Homeland to stack up, then I'm placing the order.
