Hello, there is a paintball field in Lansing who would like to host airsoft games once a month but needs higher attendance. I am posting this because, if you live in the Lansing area you know that there is not a single airsoft field within a hour and a halfs drive away. Anyway, if you are intersted, it is at tc paintball, email them here @ Lansing.tcpaintball@gmail.com. Just say "Hey I am intersted in coming to any airsoft events you guys may hold in the future or something and he will put you in a list of people to email if they hold any future games. If they can get a certain amount if people to come they will host a game. Please, if you are able to go and would like to email him! It is a outdoor course. I would really like them to host games! Thanks! website: tcpaintball.com/lansing/index.htm

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Hopefully the guys that live closer to Lansing can get something together. It's always a good thing to have a legit place to play.

If the owner wants to put something on I wouldn't be opposed to going but my group and I tried hosting games at this site a few times. We never had the attendance to really make it worth our time. Not to mention the owner didn't communicate to us what he had in mind or wanted to do, it was really frustrating. But again I'd never miss a game so close by.

Ah, this is the old Chaos Paintball field. Glad to see that they are interested in airsoft.

Just shot them an email. I'm excited that this might be another field so close to me. The other fields we have are great, but I wouldn't pass up on a chance to play airsoft so close to me.

Is this the one in Charlotte, or Lansing? I'm confused... there's a TC Paintball in Charlotte.

I know Simon already tried, but if you want airsoft events to be successful in Charlotte, even if no-one is "hosting" a game other than the field itself, posting the event and a roster in the event thread will definitely help with the turnout. I'm sure a lot of people from South East Michigan would start coming back to TC Paintball in Charlotte if there were regularly held games there again, including myself.

I know myself and 4 would be able to regularly play, since this if 25min from home!

I spoke with Thomas Soria, one of the co-owners of the field back in 2012 and he seemed very open to having airsoft back when they re-opened the field. After digging up the e-mail it looks like the e-mail correspondence stopped between us when I had asked if full face masks were required. My advice to whoever is looking into talking with them about getting airsoft games up and running there again would be to find out if full face masks are required or not, and then to find out how they intend on running rounds, and also find out if they have any field FPS limits for airsoft and if they don't then I strongly advise them to enforce MIA FPS regulations. Also it looked like their session prices were the same as others ($15-$20) for a day of play.

Please email him if you are thinking about going so he can out you in a mailing list and also, like is said before, if he gets enough emails he will consider starting to do regular events! So tell him we are intersted!

Full facemasks were required by their insurance as late as last January. They were also very willing to use MiA regs when we hosted there.

So, half mesh masks wouldn't be allowed then?
