Well this has been a multi month ordeal starting in late fall. I sold my CA M4 and extra parts to this member alongside two condor pouches. We agreed to meet up and he could look over the items. The first problem he was almost an hour and a half late. Not to big of a deal but it was pretty frustrating. He finally shows up and I test fire the gun in front of him which included plugging in the battery (this comes into play later) pull the trigger a few times on semi same on full then hand him the gun. The original price I had asked for the items were somewhere in the neighborhood of $170 he paid $90. So I was already doing him a favor after a severe low ball. A few weeks later he contacts me saying I sold him a faulty object that was on the verge of breaking. He claims he was unaware of the deans connectors on the gun and had to buy an adapter. He claimed he plugged a battery in and nothing happened and had somebody look over the gun and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So it had to be my fault. A little background on the gun, I bought it new, wired it to deans and used it at northern lights 2013 and it worked great. He continued to contact me requesting a refund, which I couldn't spare the extra cash at the moment. He then continues to message me over and over demanding a refund, he claims he tried to fix it which to me him not being an experienced tech may have lead to him messing something up. After a barrage of messages I obliged to send him the $80 he requested for my fun and the slew of spare parts I gave him. I sent this back in December and he then made excuses as to why he couldn't send me the gun back when the purpose of the money was to ship my gun back. I'm just assuming that I won't get my "faulty" gun back. Kinda sucks I wanted it for lightning strike.
