I've got a pair of Salomon Quest 4D GTX boots, owned them since early 2012, severely beat the shit out of them almost every day, as well as airsofting probably to the tune of 40 events since purchase, and they're just now starting to split where the rubber seam meets with the bottom of the boot itself. www.salomon.com/us/product/quest-4d-gtx.htmlSEAL Teams I saw in Afghanistan were wearing them on my way out at Camp Leatherneck, so I spent a few hours on the Google machine and ended up grabbing a pair. No regrets once you break them in.

Wow, very nice suggestions. Unfortunately they're way way way out of my price range right now haha. And being that I've only been able to get to one event this year so far I can't justify the investment yet.

I only have 3 pairs of footware in my life
A pair of black dress shoes
Salomon GTX4 quest thingys (^as above) that I use for all woodland games, waterproof, rugged and used by seals... need I say more!
And
Merrel moab low tops which I wear every day of the week and use for CQB games, because they are my everyday shoe I don't really use them for outdoor/woodland games but for CQB/FIBUA stuff they are spot on that said I use them if I go hiking during the summer and I've never had issue but for games I'd always recommend something a bit higher on the ankle.

I guess I'll show off my kits here since I posted my PC's. This is my green kit. It consists of Emerson replica AC combat shirt and pants in AOR2 Propper belt Columbia hiking boots on the tootsies. Gear wise: Mayflower APC Phantom/TMC pouches Eagle MBITR CB dump pouch, on a condor riggers belt with Fobus Elite 226 holster OD hat with MiA patch Boogie Regulators with ignitor lense Guns: A&K/G&P Masada T-1 replica peq 15 replica Phantom rifle sling. WE p226 Next is my tan kit, one day I'll turn this into either an early 2000's seal load out, or a mid 2k's seal load out. Tri-color bdu's Tan issued combat boots Sage green flight gloves mich 2001 with a three hole shroud and with an M81 cover(too lazy to take it off) same belt set up as above. Flyye MARCIRAS Flyye/Eagle pouches Eagle MBITR This one is a pretty sparse kit that will one day become an impression Guns: Dboy M4a1 with a KWA SR7 front end. Id like to make this into a mod 0 with the correct accessories but for now it is what it is. WE P226

I'd recommend something that also supports your ankle from personal experience, as I used to wear running shoes while playing and I broke an ankle and rolled the other one from just running and hitting a dip in the dirt. As I didn't have anything to support them.

Nice looking kits. Maybe someday I'll get around to posting some pics of my current loadout. I'm still totally jealous of that MARCIRAS! If you ever want to thin out the collection and off load it, I'll be more than happy to take it.

Either that jacket or CIRAS looks a little big and baggy.

Either that jacket or CIRAS looks a little big and baggy. Was gonna say something on that last night. You need to pull back on the front plate so it sits higher around the neck, it shouldn't be sagging like that.

I noticed that when I was wearing it yesterday, I think it's not adjusted properly, when I use to have a MAP with water in it attached to the back it sat where it was suppose to.

Yeah, that CIRAS is about 3 inches to low. You want to make sure your vest comes all the way up your chest you where your collar bones meet. That way if you were wearing SAPIs and were shot, all of your vitals would be covered.

Totally unrealistic loadout. A real Russian would have made sure his horribly broken nose was highly visible Seriously, nice kit DaVinci. You don't see enough full ruski loadouts.
