I recently purchased a JG M4 and had been told before hand that the stock had a problem with it. I looked at the stock more and in the photos in the link you'll see that it needs to be fixed. The previous owner told me that it only needed a adjustment lever, but when i search for the part on websites like evike nothing shows up. So I ask does any body know the part that I need and where I may find said part? Any and ALL information is helpful thank you have a nice day. s65.photobucket.com/user/dylan_haight1/media/WP_20140316_003_zps8b4c5453.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0s65.photobucket.com/user/dylan_haight1/media/WP_20140316_002_zps91b01554.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1The 2nd link is the current solution to the problem. Edit: The idea worked perfectly with the wing nut and spring Mayhem. I used a spring from a pen did a little pushing for it would fit over the screw properly, but not be on the threads of it. Slipped it through the hole in the top of the stock and through the hole within the stock. When the I got the threads to become exposed I put the wing nut one. I'll get photos on what I did by the end of the weekend hopefully.

It'd be cheaper and easier to buy a new LE Stock completely. You can get one for like 5 shipped used.

You can use a spring and a wing nut if you really wanted to salvage that one.

Depends if you really dig it, you can get a wing nut/spring for cheaper then $5. All you do is put the spring on the piece you have and drop it down from the top of the stock (there's usually a hole in the top of the stock) while it's off the buffer tube. Once you dropped it through the spring should be as wide as the top part so it stays inside the stock and doesn't fall out through the hole the bottom has to come out through. After that you just thread the wing nut on as tight as you need it that allows the stock to function properly.

Thanks for the help I'll try it see how it feels and go's.
