IIRC my ARL appeared to work when hand cycling but it was because the slop in the bearing/bushing and the gear axle were allowing the gear to slant slightly so that it seemed like the ARL would catch but when installed it would slip past. Google Siegetek and find the manual. The mod is on page 2.

Found the mod. Im gonna try it out tomorrow. Its failure simple as it sounds but im gonna have to estimate 0.5mm increments when I dremel it off.

I did it with a flat fit but a dremel will work as well. Just go slow and don't remove too much.

So I found out my ARL was broken so I slapped in a new one and it pretty much fixed that problem. But still no semi auto.

Have you tried turning the sector by hand with the selector plate in the semi position while holding the trigger to see if the COL lifts up the trolley so that it snaps back?

I tried doing that and it doesn't lift it up at all.

What does your trigger trolley look like? I'd be particularly interested in seeing what the bottom side looks like where the little shelf for the cutoff lever is. Obviously you are having cutoff issues here, it is just a matter of pinning down what is causing it. Are you sure you didn't modify your selector so it only does FA?

It sounds like you are having quite the problems lately. Are you saying that now your sector gear isn't picking up the piston? We really need some pictures of key parts of the gearbox to help you figure this stuff out. A video would be helpful as well. I don't really know what other help to offer unless I see some/all of the things below.
1. List of EVERYTHING in the gearbox and what modifications you have made 2. Video of how the gearbox functions outside of the receiver with the selector plate in the semi position, preferably with detail showing how the selector plate interacts with the COL. 3. Picture of the sector gear cutoff cam 4. Picture of the cutoff lever 5. Picture of the back side of the trigger trolley
