I'm not trying to be confrontational in any way, but I think my point still stands that economically it doesn't make sense to buy Condor gear. If you already have it then so be it, it isn't worth selling since you will be practically giving it away, but in the future it would be smart to avoid it for the reasons I've already stated. I just can't wrap my head around why people continue to recommend Condor. To be fair they do make excellent admin pouches, and map carriers. But I have never owned a PC from Condor only pouches, and they have been wonderful to me.

The point ctres has repeatedly made is that real steel gear made by companies like Eagle Industries can be purchased on Ebay for a similar or frequently lower price than Condor. If someone is buying a pouch, if doesn't make sense to recommend they buy a $20 Condor pouch when they can get the same thing made by Eagle for $20 or less given that the Eagle pouch is better made and will retain more value over time.
Key terms for people search for cheap pouches on Ebay:
RLCS SFLCS FSBE ILBE MOLLE II

I actually prefer condor's mag pouches vs flyye's only because the open top flyye m4 mag pouches seem to have an odd amount of excess space around my KWA mags, condors are nice and tight. Maybe kydex insert would solve that issue ? I think I'm the product of two siblings sleeping together.. doy!

Thanks, that's what I'm going to get then Just make sure you get the real thing. A lot of the knock off patterns and the various "digital woodlands" out there look like ass. MARPAT can't be sold to civilians commercially, but it's all over ebay and just about every surplus store I've ever been in has had oodles of it. I'm not trying to be confrontational in any way, but I think my point still stands that economically it doesn't make sense to buy Condor gear. If you already have it then so be it, it isn't worth selling since you will be practically giving it away, but in the future it would be smart to avoid it for the reasons I've already stated. That's a pretty blatant quality issue While you may not have experienced a similar failure, the point is that this kind of shit happens far far more with Condor and other ACM brands than it does with Pantac, FLYYE, and real steel companies. The difference in build quality and quality control is stark. When you buy cheap, the money that you save has to come out of the product somewhere, and it sure as shit won't be from the profit margin. That means cheaper, and thus worse, labor, materials, inspections, processes, and everything else that goes into making a good product.

As they say... It's not like we're trying to be mean, elitist stitchcounters. It's just we've all bought tons of gear in the past and might know a thing or two about buying good gear on the cheap. Seriously, there are some killer deals out there if you know where to look. If you can point a browser at Ebay you can find cheap goggles, pouches and other military bits. The less you're having to spend on kit the more you've got to spend on traveling to games, paying entry fees and actually playing the game itself. Rust, Congrats on the 6094. Great carrier!

Hey thanks! And those ebay terms you suggested are great, I was looking at some of them before class earlier and found some sweet deals. It really is surprising that there are people selling good quality gear for the price of lower end brands

That's just sort of what happens when it hits the surplus market. The massif combat shirt retails for something like $150, but you can snag them in Multicam for $25. They're not as nice as say, a Crye combat shirt, but for $25 they're a goddamn steal. Same with these pouches. They proliferate enough and prices hit rock bottom.

Ebay is truly your friend, possibly even more than the commerce thread *gasp*! I just bought an EOTech 551 for $338 dollars off ebay. They have frog suits that normally cost well over $300 for $100. You can get Revision Desert Locust's (normally $80) for no more than $20. Prices are literally the best you will ever find, as long as you look/ are patient.

Yeah for $60 i could get USMC Frog woodland Marpat combat shirt and pants set, which is a pretty nice deal. And there is tons of surplus, real deal marpat for the same price as chinese imitation stuff. Edit: on store.specwarfare.com/en/ you can get all the flyye pouches you will need, and for the same price as condor pouches. They also have a bunch of pretty decent deals but in terms of finding brand new flyye pouches this is the place to go.
