Bought a Cyma mp5 off of him around a month ago. Have yet to see it. He said he got in an accident, so I have him some more time. He agreed to get the gun under CQB engagement limits about two weeks ago, have yet to hear a response from him on my mos recent questions. Please don't waist your money folks
Edit: purchased the mp5 on Dec 8. ------- After a month and 9 days, we have finally gotten a solution: He refunded me my whole purchase amount. The fact is though, I still can't tell you if I was actually being scammed or not. While what he says made sense, it is also not something him or I can prove.
I, however, will not be dealing with him again. After 1 or 2 days of delayed shipping, I'll make sure that the other party knows whats going on. Well that was not the case here. I had to ask repeatedly to get a solid answer, and then we attempted to haggle again, and after a month we ended here.
I choose to see the good in people, and because of that I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and believe him: However I would not want to take that risk again.
My thoughts: 50/50 on whether you get screwed or not.
Dear Haml, there is a good chance you'll rage about this, but it won't affect anything. I get screwed over: shame on me. But you can garauntee there's one thing i won't do wrong: stand idly by and watch it happen to a good, honest person.

Was going to trade a VFC Block II m4 for a 417 with him. Had everything ready to ship then all the sudden he said he got robbed... I thought it was a little fishy when he went super into detail with his story then contradicted himself many times. He also said he kept saying how he was in the navy like it would make you want to do business with him more.
But the thing is he wanted the original stock parts to the gun instead of the upgrades in the gearbox, so I disassembled the gun. Now I dont have a working AEG.
I wouldn't do business with him.

The is a formal apology to PUMA1 in front of all my Airsoft peers. He bought a gun from me and a couple things happened on my end which was unfortunate (rear ended after it snowed here) and good (being offered a GM position for a up and coming department store). Anyway, he's receiving his money back due to not shipping from my end seeing that i'm in training for a store GM and I'm currently in out of state. Wife didn't ship the package when shipping other packages after I left. Things happen.
I've sold, bought and traded with many people here on this forum and I'm not a scammer, crook or bad seller. If i've ever scammed anyone please PLEASE speak out. If you have had GOOD dealings with me please speak out.
@ Bishop Its called common courtesy. I let know you what happen in detail. What's wrong with that. The only one that lost anything was me. I could've just said i'm breaking the deal but seeing I did get robbed that's what I explained. Did you send anything? Did I send anything? No. Sorry the deal didn't go through. Again. Sorry.

I won't rage, but you did receive what was yours back and the resolution was resolved without a mod getting involved, I can't see how you got screwed overed over. As stated before my rep as a seller/buyer/trader on multiple forums are in good standings with excellent ratings. Sorry things ended this way. I would say no harm no foul but as you stated "I get screwed over: shame on me." still implies that I owe you something where as you received back what was given.
All, as we know this is a "take chance business" (especially if not done F2F) and I for one have taken the plunge as most of all of us have. I have no reason to deceive or try to scam someone. As I stated before "If you've ever did business with me and didn't get your product PLEASE answer up. Same goes for the opposite, if you have done business with me and it was good PLEASE answer up. If anyone choose to or not to do business with me then fine. Thanks All.

This is the last thing I'm going to say on this whole affair: I got what was rightfully mine, but it took a month and 8 days of shotty communication, delays, and excuses to get here. You only seemed to listen when I took matters into my hands, posted this and opened a dispute via PayPal.
It seems to me like you could have been having a rough month/a busy month/a lot of stuff going on. I understand your reasoning, but a lot of people on the forums work full time jobs, or 2 part time jobs, or are a full time student with a job, and they still communicate and ship a lot faster than you. If anyone has questions or concerns, I'll monitor this thread and my PM's. If you guys want to deal with him/have dealt with him, I'd appreciate any positive and negative feedback you have.
