Hi everyone this is my first post, ive tried many airsoft forums without much luck, so here goes. I live in Lake Orion MI, which is in oakland county. I am looking to form a team of 11 (10 + me) My goal is to have a squad that can participate in milsim events across the country such as any blacksheep milsim events, or events similar to that. I also want to be able to play at recreational games with a squad, but I cannot find anyone in my area. If you live in the Oakland county/Genesee county area I would gladly like to talk about forming a squad. Ideally all members would be 18 or older, but that is only because most national milsim events have age restrictions. And im not looking to have a squad built strictly based on a military group, but the squad would need some structure like it. I currently have a special forces airborne based gear kit, full acu, and I would want team members to go along the same lines as this. I curently run a custom ak47, but i will be purchasing a vfc scar L in the future to complete my milsim kit. My profile pic should give you an idea of the look im going for, i dont want team members to have to buy a bunch of specific gear that airborne or rangers actually use, and head gear is also interchangeable, as I have a helmet, boonie, operatopr cap, and ranger cap. Ideally I would have someone to be a SAW gunner, a medic, and a grenadier. The SAW gunner and medic are a must have, the grenedier would be nice but is not needed as much as the other two.

Edit: also I will be purchasing a full woodland with OD loadout, so that would be a fine uniform for the team. Not many people use acu or even like it, but I still like it and it would be fun to have the only team wearing full acu.
