Hello everyone, So I'm looking to fully upgrade my polar-star. I've done a little bit of research and found what I think I'll need.
Here's what I think I will be needing: 1.ProWin - M4 Chamber for M4 (AEG) 2.Prometheus - Hopup Soft Bucking (Purple) 3.ORGA - Magnus 6.23mm Barrel (500mm) 4.HSA - R-Hop (Pack of 3) 5.Fusion Engine Poppet Shims (Pack of 4) 6.PolarStar - Fusion Engine Nozzle for M4/M240 (Red: 500-590 FPS) 7.Polarstar - Fusion Engine Low Flow Poppet (Red/.0625)
Anything else I need or should change?

Not a pro on P* to critique the rest of your list, but if you plan to r hop, I've had a bit better success and better consistency when I ran with a harder bucking. Cutting the mound from a hard bucking is a bit more difficult, but it is worth it in the long run.
Also, what is your goal for FPS with this project?

Thank you very much for the insight. Also my goal FPS for this project would be around 520 give or take.

From what I've read on the pstartalk forum, the Orga wide bore barrels haven't shown a huge gain in accuracy with barrels longer than a standard length m4 barrel.(I haven't caught up in the last few months though)
I agree with squirrel, definitely go with a hard bucking for the R-hop. I'd recommend looking into the R-hop system a little more before you order. If you end up wanting to ER-hop, the Prowin doesn't work well. You might want to consider the IR-hop, as it's more temperature tolerant.
I run a Prometheus 550mm 6.03 tightbore and can get up to 500fps with the standard blue nozzle. I regulate down with my PSI to get in to field ranges-ending at about 80-85PSI for 400fps. I have a red nozzle, but never use it. With a wide bore it might be usable. I also use the Prowin R-hopped, but should probably have an ER-hop since I run at least .32g BBs-usually .36g or more.
Keep in mind, some fields/events might not accept the FCU setting a "permanent semi-only" when running that FPS range.
