So I'm interested in getting a plug in and play mosfet. But I'm not sure where to start. Looking for suggestions.

Plug and pay MOSFETs don't preserve your trigger contacts. If you're looking to install one for that reason you need one that's wired in. The plug and play ones will only give you some of the computerized features. Personally after having owned the old version of what now is called the sw cheetah? I would rather just install a basic MOSFET and forget the three round burst.

I don't want to have to hard wire anything. I'm mostly looking for one that has low voltage cut off.

You don't need a mosfet for low voltage cutoff. Just get a lipo alarm that attaches to the jst plug. If you want a mosfet to protect your contacts either go the whole nine yards and get a specter drop in or keeo it economical with a $20 fet from one of the guys on ASM and either learn to solder or have someone do it for you. Don't waste your time with plug and play stuff.

Does this mean them Burst wizards are not very good? I was kind of wanting one.
I believe they are a plug and play deal.

I don't know much about them, but plug and play mosfets in general don't protect your contacts. If that is not an issue for you then go ahead and try it if you think it offers the features you want. Another reason I hate plug and plays is that they take up more space with the extra connectors.
If you are ONLY looking for low voltage cutoff to save your battery search for lipo alarm on hobbyking. They just plug into the balance plug of your lipo and beep when the battery runs low. They are also way cheaper than those burst wizards.

It depends what you want it to do. If you just want it to protect your contacts get one of the cheap ones from the guys on airsoft mechanics. Jonezy, disguised enemy, nukeduster and others all make good fets that are really tiny. For programmable stuff extreme fire and black talon are the best names in the business.

I agree with ctres. I have one from extreme fire and his customer service is great.
