My brother owns a JG Bar10 and it's having some issues:
Whenever he racks the bolt, the bolt is stuck and he has to smack it in order to raise the bolt before racking it. Any prescriptions?
Secondly, every time he racks the bolt, he has to push the mag up higher into the magwell or it won't feed. Any ideas or fixes?

I had the same problems with my Well VSR.
I found that the problem with the bolt was quite simple: Two pieces were rubbing against each other internally, making it hard for the bolt to cycle. I sanded one end down and haven't had a problem since.
The magazines are any easy fix as well. Make sure he lubes the mags every once and a while. If that doesn't work, I added a small piece of styrofoam to the back of my mags (1/16th inch). It gave it a snugger fit and improved feeding at the cost of slower reload times. Definitely worth it.
Hope I helped.

Problem A: Resolved. He finally let me take it apart (he's been paranoid ever since his last Bar10 broke)and I just put it back together and bingo! fixed. Don't know why, though...
B: Magazine fix worked. Except we used electric tape. Worked like a charm.
Thanks Puma!
