Bought a JG VZ61. Lovely little gun. Problem is the damn gun doesn't fire, right out of the box. I tried three different batteries and two chargers (one new battery and charger that came with the gun). Doesn't fire at all. Charged all the batteries for 3 hours.

Does the gun make any noise at all? If it makes no noise then there is an electrical issue. You need to check for loose wires, pinched wires, blown fuse, or a broken solder joint.
If it makes noise but doesn't cycle then there's likely a gearbox issue. Common problems include poorly shimmed gears (way too tight), motor height too high, or something literally broken / out of place in the gearbox.

I fully agree with X. Let us know if there is actually any movement/sounds, then we can go from there.

I say that where ever you bought it from needs to replace it for you. Just email their sales staff and tell them you revived a bad gun and need a replacement. After that, follow their instructions. That's all I have to say about a bad gun out of the box, obviously it is a manufacture's fault.

Depends on the problem. If it's just bad motor height you could save a lot of hassle by just fixing it. If it's a gearbox issue then yeah I agree.
