Lm4 charging handle not going all the way in.

So a teammate of mine has lm4 and he recently encountered a problem. The problem is that the charging handle is not going all the way in and restricting the bolt from going all the way in aswell. If anyone has any knowledge of what to do in this situation please let me know.

Can you get a clear picture of the problem?

I would probably suggest at least taking the upper off and checking things out, to make sure nothing is bent or obstructing the bolt/charging handle in any way.

I will try and get some good pictures. I will see if he can give it another good cleaning and look at the area. When he puts the bolt in by itself it goes in fine, so we have kind of concluded that it has something to do with the charging handle blocking it.
But we really aren't sure what happened, because it just happened randomly when he was shooting a target.

Pictures would be helpful, but it could be the bolt not fitting flush with the receiver. That would cause it not to close fully and get caught on other parts (hopup, charging handle, ect.)
