Nowhere does it say that they're ANSI rated, so I'd probably stay away from them. I wouldn't go cheap on eye pro.

Alright, I'll be sure to look for some that are legitimate.

For just a bit more, you can get a set of surplus ESS NVGs on ebay. They're great goggles and well worth the $15-ish price you'll pay.

You can't go wrong with any type of ess "gunner goggles". The ONLY time I ever fog up is when I stand still for long periods of time. Well worth the money.

I experienced this one first hand when I first started! I read so many of these threads with everyone telling you "Dont cheap out on eye protection!" and guess what I did? Bought myself a pair of $15 goggles! Used them for about half an event before I realized "Wow these are a load of crap" fogged beyond belief, pretty sure I annoyed the refs about every ten minutes to let me de-fog, they sat super hard on my face and made it sore after wearing them for over an hour, and they were just a ton of crap. So after that waste of $15, I actually sat down and found myself a good pair of goggles. I use ESS Profile goggles now, they are super comfortable, they have interchangeable lenses so I have one shaded, and one clear, and when it comes to fog, pffft, yea right! ESS Profiles retail for $100, but if you do the same thing I did, I was able to buy the frames on Ebay for $8, and I bought a set of brand new lenses(1 shaded, 1 clear) for only $20! So pay $15 for crappy goggles that don't work at all, or pay $28(Plus shipping, so paid about $35 total)and get a really nice quality pair that will last for a long time, I see the easy choice now that I have been down both roads, hope this helps!

I found myself a pair of ESS goggles with a thermal lens in tan. Fit my budget great at around $15 or so, just like Knief said. It was a bidding, so I assume I got a good deal.

For about $30 (I don't entirely remember) you can get Arena Flakjaks. I could be wrong on the price, but that's about what I paid a year or two ago from Young's Army in Grand Rapids. Very comfortable and effective goggles. I've had them fog on me maybe twice in the year or two that I've owned them. They cost a lot more online (the gen2 in OD costs $65 on Airsoft GI) but if Youngs still has them, they might cost less. I hope my info isn't 100% outdated and all I did was waste your time, but they are nice goggles regardless.
